haha dont worry my bench is pretty sissy too thats why i said i cant talk really about you benching low.

Its not that your bench is low per se, 225lbs is a lot of weight, its just that someone your size could lift more if they hadnt had that many injuries lol.

home scales-156lbs
gym scales-156lbs
some health place called boots-152lbs

Im biased into thinking that due to culture wanting people thin-they make people lighter....lol.

My squats and deads i love, i reckon im doing well for my weight, its just my bench, it used to be worse, im happy ish with my bench now, i dont get embaressed saying how much i can do put it that way.

And this friday im hoping to get that 155lbs x 3 to 155lbs x 5

If you take general norms from DBBers training as long as you have and have your squat and dead weight, they would be 300 ish yeah, but hey, 3 injuries can do a lot.

you tore a pec?   you have a long lifting career ahead of you.  Work hard to stay injury free. Form is essential.  The body HAS NO IDEA what the actual weight it-IT ONLY KNOWS THE TENSION ON THE MUSCLE.  I can make a light weight feel MUCH HEAVIER by the speed in which I perform the contraction.  It has keep me injury free  Luckily other than a minor shoulder impingement a few years back I resolved with chiropractic care.  Be careful there Colton

April 25th

just thought id give a little update on the supps being used

this is my last day of use on CELLMASS heres a short review -

CELLMASS
this aint the best creatine product ive used sure its helped my recovery time but this is nowhere near what CELL-TECH did in terms of strength but dont get me wrong its a great product just not worth the price ...BUT if you can find it cheap go for it .
i'll give this 3 out of 5 stars for recovery

1st week of designer supps BASIC CUTS

BASIC CUTS
so far this is the best preworkout energy product ive ever used the great thing about this product is theres no crash after the energy lingers off also man ya cant beet the price 15.99 for 120 caplets awsome ... ive been taking 6 caplets a day (max doesage) IM A BIG GUY HERESmile i take 3 in the morning 30 minutes before my first meal and 3 more prework about 30 minutes before the thermo blast last for about half and hour or so
as a fat loss product im sure it gives some help in that department i'll have to wait for that but right now im giving it 4 out of 5 stars for energy !

im putting up pictures here soon for first week use of bc
