I have been on NO Limits for about 2 weeks now, and I have noticed that if I dont CHUG water and take the pills one-at-a-time, I have the feeling of a pills stuck in my throat for a good while afterwards, anybody else notice this?

How are the gains coming McKinzie?

I think the pills being stuck in the throat thing is a personal matter. Everyone can swallow pills differently. My girlfriend can't swallow them at all, and my brother can take a mouth full in one gulp. My gains were going great. The last week or so they have been stagnant but I believe that is due to personal problems not related to the product...or my workout for that matter. From stress in moving and looking for another appartment/house and job, to my girlfriend getting surgery, having to work crazy hours, and my allergys making my head feel like they are going to explode...needless to day, Im ready to get back in the gym 100%.

I feel ya on the stress, I just graduated and have been looking for a new place, job, and been worrying about all the new bills just transferred to my name, it sucks! When I was talking about the pills in the throat feeling, I meant more that the pills feel almost sticky.

Ah, yes I find sometimes that capsules can feel sticky after they get wet. Just try swallowing them as soon as you get them in your mouth with lots of water. Good news! No, not really, I have came down with bronchitis. I have decided instead of taking another break and continuing this review, I will end it now. I will give the remaining week or so left of this product to a friend of mine who has been wanting to try it out. I am very impressed with N.O. Limits. Throughout the entire use of this product, I have retained a continuous pump and my energy levels during my workout have increased. The effects of this product have not diminished unlike other NO Products. I already have another bottle ordered!
