N.O. Limits Day 8, MAX-OT Week 4 Day 5 This supplement is really starting to kick in. My pumps today were incredible to say the least. While I did not have any strength gains (I think I aimed a little too high last week), I was able to finish out my sets to failure on the last rep. Exactly how I was supposed to do it. Last week I was failing at the 4-5 rep range, and sometimes the 3 rep range on the last set. Though no strength gains, I had an amazing workout. And I wish my pump would always be like this, I look huge! Compared to how I normally look at least hah. Straight Bar Curls, 3 sets 4 to 6 reps Hammer Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Curl Bar Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Leg Raises: 2 sets, 12 to 15 reps Cable Rope Crunches: 2 sets, 8 to 10 reps Weight: 161 Woo hOo!

N.O. Limits Day 9, Max OT Week 5 Day 1 Back/Biceps Lat Pull Downs: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps V Bar Pull Downs: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Barbell Rows: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Straight Bar Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Weight: 160 My posts this week might be short and sweet as I have finals, financial aid, and I am moving in the process of looking for a new school and appartment. Therefore, I am stressed to the limit. My workout today was alright. Though my back and biceps felt full, I do not feel I got that "great" workout. I do not blame this on the product though it is simply me. I did have some gains this week, though my Straight Bar curls have been stagnant for the last 3 weeks. The pump definatly feels good, my biceps and forearms were rock hard during my workout even while I was resting. Feels nice.

N.O. Limits Day 10, Max OT Week 5 Day 2 Legs/Calves Squats: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps 45 Degree Leg Press: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 2 sets, 6 reps Leg Curls: 3 sets, 6 reps Standing Machine Calf Raise: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps 45 Degree Leg Press Calf Raises: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps Weight: 161 I had to crawl up the steps to my bedroom a few minutes ago. Whew, great workout. Legs feel nice and shaky heh. I'm not sure how my pump is considering I never really worked legs, and theres nothing really to pump up there heh. But I got a great workout today. The Leg Curls, and 45 Degree Calf Raises were only supposed to be 1 set exercises, but I pumped out more and increased my weight. I should have just added more weight however I am still finding my lifts in this area. I have noticed my vascularity is starting to sh ow even when I am not moving around; therefore it is affecting me more and the affects still are increasing day by day.

N.O. Limits Day 11, Max OT Week 5 Day 3 Chest/Abs Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Dips: 1 set, 6 reps Cable Rope Crunches: 2 sets, 12 to 15 reps Incline Crunches: 2 sets, 8 to 10 reps Weight: 161 I am amazed everyday when I write this noticing I am only on my 11th day of N.O. Limits. I got one of the best chest workouts I have ever had today. My cable rope crunches weight is maxed out. The weight will only go to 150lbs. Is there any way to increase it? Also my gym got 2 "Ab Solo" machines today. I tried that out for a few sets of 20 reps. If you havent ever used one of these I will give a quick run down. If you have no partner to toss the weight ball with this is a good alternative. I found that the rebound board works a lot better because you dont have to wait for another ball. My abs felt exausted after using it however I am not sure if it is worth anything. Anyways, I have been forgetting to mention my recovery rate. I have not experienced any extreme soreness (besides working my legs last week) while using this product. In fact, I think my recovery time has gone down which is great. The body parts I work are sore enough to notice they have been worked out but nothing uncomfortable. And that pump is still going all day long it feels!

N.O. Limits Day 12, Max OT Week 5 Day 4 Shoulders/Traps Military Barbell Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Seated Dumbbell Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Standing Side Lateral Dumbbell Raise: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps Deadlifts: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Barbell Shrugs: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Weight: 161 I was suprised by my gains this week. NOTE: Before almost every exercise I have been doing an additional set of my weight from last week to see if I should go up in weight. Is this ok? Is anyone reading this? My chest is sore as well are my abs (maybe the Ab Solo?). I feel great and I am starting to see a nice lean body in the mirror.

I tried NO Limits for the first time today and I loved it, but I noticed that I had a slight headache all through my workout, and even for a little while before, when I felt the pills "kick in". Either of you ever feel this way?

IM BACK! Finals are over..whew. My first workout in a week felt great! I had a great pump in my back and an amazing one in my biceps and forearms. While I might not have gained in some exercises, I am able to complete them to the 6th rep with greater ease while still being at the limit. Today is a three day week, so on Tuesday and Thursday i'm going to try to start doing cardio again. Since I work every night, It is hard for me, if not impossible, to do cardio 8 to 12 hours before or after workout even when I workout in the morning. So unfortunatly my last few weeks have been without cardio. MAX-OT Week 7, Day 1, NO Limits Day 13 Monday, Back Biceps Lat Pull Downs - 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps V Bar Pull Downs - 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Barbell Rows - 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Alternating Dumbbell Curls - 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Straight Bar Curls - 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Weight: 161

Max OT Week 7 Day 2, NO Limits Day 14 I am still feeling the strong effects of this product which is great! Finally a product that continuosly works through the entire bottle. Today was chest/shoulder/tricep day and wow what a workout. I feel one of my best workouts yet. I got a great pump in all muscles worked and the lifts felt strong. Great connection today. Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps Incline Dumbbell Bench Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Dips: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps (I could definatly go up in weight however I cant find a belt with a weight clip...thing...) Military Barbell Bench Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps (Went down in weight but I felt it better than last week, so I was probably aiming to high last week) Standing Side Lateral Dumbbell Raises: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps (I feel I will be going up in weight next week) Lying Tricep Extentions: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps (Lift felt solid, will probably increase weight next week) Cable Push Downs: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps (Increase weight next week as well) Weight: 161

Sorry for the late post, I am in the middle of trying to find a job and a place to live about 100 miles away. So i'm kinda stressed. Friday was Legs/Calves/Abs day and man am I sore. My abs are hardly ever sore anymore however it is Monday and I still walk funny. This workout didn't feel as great as I was not feeling very well, not due to N.O. Limits though, it was just one of those days. My stength went down in a few exercises however it was still a good workout and I was very tired afterwards. This week is the schedualed week off (coudln't have come at a better time considering what all is going on this week). I will begin cardio again later this week and I can't wait to hit the gym next week. Seems too far away. I will also be going to a different gym (my University membership expired for the summer) so YMCA here I come! They recently remodled and I heard it was very nice so I'll give it a shot. Squats: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps (I think I tried to hard on my warmup is why I went down in weight.) 45 Degree Leg Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Standing Calf Raises: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps 45 Degree Calf Raises: 1 set, 6 to 8 reps Cable Rope Crunches: 2 sets, 8 to 10 reps Incline Weighted Crunches: 2 sets, 10 to 12 reps I also fooled around with some hanging leg lifts and side leg lifts hoping I would feel it the next day. Weight: 161 My pumps were very good and my stamina was good as well. I still have nice vascularity throughout the day which is a nice touch.

BACK! That felt way too long. I was not taking any supplementation on my off week besides the multi and protein. Not only was today my first day back, it was my first day in a new gym. My university membership was over so I headed over to the local YMCA. First time I have been in it and was suprised by how nice it was. It was smaller than my old gym, however it had almost all the same machines and equiptment (only a fewer ammount of them). Anyways, today I also started at the beginning of the MAX-OT again. There were some exercises in there I was not used to and the only one I still am not comfortable with is the stiff leg dead lift. Today felt great and my legs while weak felt very good. I noticed from just carrying around the 45lb plates my arms had a nice pump...so the product is still working well. By about this time on Nitrix the effects had worn off. MAX OT Week 1 Day 1, NO Limits Day 16 Squats: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps Leg Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Stiff Leg Dead Lift: 2 sets, 6 reps Calf Press: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps I wasn't able to find a scale in there...though I am sure they had one. Also, one example of different equiptment was they did not have a standing calf press, instead it was a seated one that used actual plates instad of a machine. The Leg press was not the normal 45 degree leg press I was used to, the way it was designed I could not perform 45 Degree Calf Raises. However, the calf press I did use gave me a good workout. I know this is supposed to be a report on the product instead of my new gym. I am just explaining why there are inconsistencies in the routine.

question, i just started taking NO Xplode last monday, the energy boost is okay nothing great, but I wanted to take more creatine with it to get more effects, I picked up creatine elixir because i can drop the drops under my tongue no shake and it claims no bloating or cramping, that a good idea?

Max OT Week 1 Day 2, NO Limits Day 17 I have stopped using Shock Therapy, good news is I can not tell. My pumps were just as great today as well as my stamina. This new gym is missing a few things that are kind of aggrevating...such as a rope for the cable machine. Also the EZ curl bar seemed a lot heavier than at my previous gym. I asked someone and they said it was 25lbs as well...so maybe its me. Anyways I had a good workout today, I wish I would have been able to hit tri's harder but I think the more comfortable I get in this gyma nd the more I know where what is it will get better. I also tried running after my workout. I was only able to run for 10 minutes till my sides started hurting but hopefully it will get better. My gains went down in a few exercises but thats mainly in triceps. Straight Bar Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Cable Curls: 1 set, 6 reps Cable Push Downs: 2 sets, 6 reps (instead of have plates show a total weight, they divided it by two and showed the weight per handle....so if it said 60 pounds it was really 120 total...threw me off when I first started to press down. Weight went down here only because they didnt have the weight I had before) Lying Tricep Extensions: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps (The plates and bar felt much heavier...though they should have been the same weight. Weird, I was pumping out this weight last week nicly now I had to lower the weight) Dumbbell Kick Backs: 1 set, 6 reps Barbell Wrist Curls: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps Dumbbell Wrist Curls: 1 set, 6 to 8 reps Leg Raises: 2 sets, 12 to 15 reps (I substitued hanging leg raises here) Cable Rope Crunches: 2 sets, 8 to 10 reps (Didnt have the rope...grr, used an awkward machine.) Crunches: 1 set, 8 to 10 reps

Sorry for the delay. Max OT Week 1 Day 3, NO Limits Day 18 SHoulders and Traps Military Barbell Press (I had to substitute a machine): 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps Its green but its because it was a machine. Seated Dumbbell Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Standing Dumbbell Lat Raises: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps Barbell Shrugs: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps Upright Rows: Could only do 1 set, 4 to 6 reps. Hurtys my left shoulder baaaad. My form is right, however I hurt my shoulder in martial arts training years ago. My alergies have been absolutly killing me the past few days. My workout would have been a lot better if it werent for that. Thursday and Friday I am not going to the gym. MY girlfriend had surgery Thursday, and today (Friday), I feel horrible. This is supposed to be the worst time of the year for allergys and I can feel it. Start back again Monday. THe N.O. Limits definatly was working though Wednesday as my shoulders and traps were very pumped and it gave me that extra bit of energy I needed.
