My package arrived today while I was in class!  Luckily I have nice neighboors at my appartment and noone took the package.  Anyways...I am currently on day 3 of week 3 of MAX-OT.  Today will be Back and Traps.  The routine today will look like this...

Wednesday - Back, Traps

Barbell Rows: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
"V" Bar Pull Downs: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Pull - Ups: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Seated Cable Rows: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps
Deadlifts (one overhand one underhand grip): 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Barbell Shrugs: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps

My diet in short is lacking.  I try to eat as healthy as I can and as often however with money lacking and as busy as I am it is hard.  My supplement stack is in my signature below.  I am very excited about this product.  I will try to post daily (at least on the days I work out) and give information about how I felt during the workout, stamina improvments and noticable strength gains.  I am roughly 6 feet and 150lbs.

I had a noticable (not extreme but definatly noticable) increase in stamina and energy today.  My back got a nice pump along with a nice pump in my forearms and biceps.  For the first week I will not post my increase in strength due to the fact this is my first week in the gym.  I have been working out for the last two weeks at home and have not had the availabilty of cable systems and a good bench.  So the first set or so of each workout has been aquiring the weights I will use.  Overall, a great workout today with noticable increases in stamina, energy, pumps, and my estimation of strength.

bDay 2 on N.O. Limits, MAX-OT Wk 3 Day 4

Shoulders, Triceps

Great workout today.  Shoulders and triceps had a noticable pump.  Energy and stamina up still as well as my expected lifts.  From the exercises I did at home I went up 5 pounds for the lifts I did at the gym; then again it is always easier for me to get a good, stronger workout at the gym because the benches have barbell holders instead of having to lift from the floor.  Overall I'm impressed so far, hopefully it wont fade away in the first month like Nitrix did.  Routine for today as follows:  I will start to highlight green as gains, blue as neutral, and red as loss in strength.

Seated Dumbbell Press: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Military Barbell Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Standing Side Lateral Dumbbell Raise: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps
Lying Tricep Extensions: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Cable Push Downs: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Ext.: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps (one set per arm)
Body Weight: 159lbs

Great log so far.  I like the detail. My weights have been increasing each week as well.  I never was able to get past 100 Lb DB' for around 4-5.  First Week I on NO Limits banged out sets of 6 and 8 and this week went up to 110's

And the fact you went out an purchased the product with your hard earned money, beleiving in DS as a company, prior to logs, etc-Well thank you

Day 3 on N.O. Limits, Week 3 Day 5 Max-OT

Biceps/Abs

Straight Bar Curls: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Hammer Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Curl Bar Curls: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
***I have not had access to a curl bar before.  How much does the average curl bar weigh?***
Leg Raises: 2 sets, 12 to 15 reps (supposed to be weighted however I have no ankle weights)
Cable Rope Crunches: 2 sets, 8 to 10 reps
Weight: 158
BTW: Age 20, 21 in a little more than a month.
Height roughly 6 feet.

Today was the day I was most excited about, BICEPS!  I noticed a great pump in my arms.  I normally have a good pump but not one where I constantly feel it.  It was noticably greater in my forearms, veins veins everywhere!  Heh.  Anyways, As this is my first week back in a gym, I was not used to some of the equiptment; such as a thicker straight bar, or the curl bar itself.  Once I get used to these I'm sure my results will be a lot greater.  Great day at the gym!

To NjMuscle66:
Every experience I have had with DS has been solid.  The maturity of the reps, and their solid products have led me to a high respect for this small growing company.  Keep up the good work.  I a currently on Shock Therapy and Storm, however I beleive a month after I am done with them, I will jump back on XCEED.  Good day!

Day 4 on N.O. Limits, Max OT Week 4 Day 1

Legs

45 Degree Leg Press: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Squats: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Leg Curls: 2 sets, 6 reps
Stiff Leg Dead Lift: 2 sets, 6 reps
Standing Calf Raise: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps
Seated Calf Raise: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps

I am ashamed.  This is my first day to truely work out my legs.  I have always skipped this day in the gym or I did not have access to a lot of the exercises.  Either way that is no excuse.  But I have started now!  And needless to say I am having a hard time walking let alone going up and down steps in my appartment.  Today my energy was great!  A good pump in my legs and calfs.  I felt as if I had a great workout but could pump out a few more sets if needed which is exactly what I desired.  And I forgot to weigh myself today!  Oops.

Got to train legs-you need a strong foundation.  I know it is often limited to what we can do for them-but just do what you can

I was one of those (at first) who thought to just train my arms and chest as much as I can out of ignorance.  Now from several years of researching and being a member of this forum I know better.

Today was an early workout for me.  I normally workout after class anywhere beginning from 11am to 1pm.  7am this morning (ugh) due to a lot of tests I have today.  Anyways, N.O. Limits Day 5, MAX OT Week 4 Day 2

Chest/Abs
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Decline Barbell Bench Press: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps
Cable Rope Crunches: 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps
Incline Crunches: 2 sets, 8 to 10 reps
Weight: 161

Energy and stamina are still going up.  I definatly could have pump out a few more sets and increased weight on the decline press.  Stamina on abs workouts has improved as well.  Chest still has a nice pump.  I have also noticed my arms and forarms vascularity is showing up even by doing easy things such as drying off after a shower.  I have to keep reminding myself this is only day 5 because it feels like I have been on it alteast 2 weeks.  Still impressed overall with this product.

Day 6 for N.O. Limits, Week 4 Day 3 for MAX-OT

Back/Traps

Barbell Rows: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
V Bar Pull Downs: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Pull Ups: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Seated Cable Rows: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps
Dead Lifts: 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Barbell Shrugs: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps
Weight: 160

I definatly had a good pump in my back today.  At the end of the workout I still had good energy while having a great workout.  Vascularity is still improving; becoming more noticable everyday without doing much work.  A side note:  My chest and abs are becoming more defined which definatly thrills me.  I am hoping I have a low enough BF% to see progress in my abs as it comes along.  I also noticed that I have not reported on soreness at all.  Well, I still have to have assistance walking up and down stairs from my leg workout Monday; though it was my first REAL leg workout and I am sooo sore from it.  My chest and abs are slightly sore though I have to try to notice it from yesturday.  And I love how easy these pills are to swallow.  Its not very hard for me to swallow pills but if there are many the last few sometimes become a problem.  These are in capsule form which is great (slick and no taste/smell) and they are not too big.  I am so glad I have started seriously working out again.

Stacking your Xceed with No Limits is going to kick it up for sure.  Did you order the No Limits yet............The one retailer that is selling is giving a free DS t-shirt I believe.  (at least until they run out)

N.O. Limits Day 7, Max OT Week 4 Day 4

Shoulders/Triceps

My best workout yet.  I am really liking the pump I get from this product.  Its a good pump, but not rediculous where you can't workout.  My back (traps, upper, and lower back) is tight and sore from yesturday, however it is not noticable unless I look for it.  My workouts have been great ever since I have started this product.

Seated Dumbbell Press: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Military Barbell Press (In Front): 2 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Standing Side Lateral Dumbbell Raise: 2 sets, 6 to 8 reps
Lying Tricep Extensions: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
Cable Push Downs: 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps
One Arm Dumbbell Overhead Extensions: 1 set, 4 to 6 reps
Weight: 160

How are your gains coming along with the Max OT routine, and is NO Limits helping spike your energy?

PS Hey nj, I got my NO Limits today with the shirt AND a coupon for my next order, but I won't be stacking it with Xceed, or any creatine, I just finished a tib of CellMass and I am going to take 4-6 weeks off creatine.  Hopefully I will have some NO Limits left to stack with it when I start the creatine again!

My gains are going good.  I am more focused on strength than size now.  I am skinny, however before I worry about size I want to have good strength.  I got my free TShirt too!
