Today was Back and Bi:
Focus: 8
Intensity: 8.5
Sleep: 8
Energy: 7.5
Mood: 7.5
Water intake: 8.5
Adherence to meals: 9

Based on some feedback from a fellow bodybuilder, I made some changes to my routine.  He said I was doing to many sets and needed to add a little more weight so that's what I did.  My reps were creeping toward 10 so it was time I threw on some more weight.  The workout felt good and the Bi's had a nice pump.

Seated Rows: 140lbs 4x8 (+10lbs -1.5 reps)
Lat pulldowns: 120lbs 3x8.5 (+10lbs -1 rep)
Back flyes: Removed
BB curls: 55lbs 8/4/3 (+.5 rep)  Bi's failed again from compounds.
Bent over rows: 90lbs 4x9 (+10lbs - 1rep)

Today was Shoulders and Abs:
Focus: 6
Intensity: 5
Sleep: 9
Energy: 8.5
Mood: 7
Water intake: 8
Adherence to meals: 9

Today the workout was in the morning.  I had good energy, but the intensity wasn't there.  This may be due to switching up my routing a little bit.  I add weight and dropped reps a little...for mass.

Leg raises: 2x15 (-1 set)
Crunches: 3x15 5kg ball
Db Shoulder press: 3x6 45lbs (+5lbs -2 reps) Form wasn't that good.
Laterals: 3x8 20lbs DB (dropped 2 reps..intentionally)
Front raises (new) 1x8 25lbs plate
Wrist curls: 2x15 50lbs
Shrugs: 3x10 225lbs (+10lbs)

Today's workout was good and my squat went up.  It was hard on the lower back though.  I don't know if this is just from the extra weight or if it is normal.

SLDL 4x9 195lbs (+1 rep)
Squats 3x8 215lbs (+5lbs)
Leg curls 3x10 185lbs

I have 2 more workouts this week then I am headed home from college.  At this time I will take 5 days off.  I will then train for a week and then start the Muscle Tech stack.  I will be on a 4 month bulk trying to reach 200lbs with under 20%bf.  Measurements will be taken when I get home at the end of this week and compared to when I started this journal.  I don't think there will be much improvement because school has gotten in the way and I wasn't able to eat as much and as clean as I'd like.  Strength has increased and I am happy with that.  I think I gained 5 lbs, but I'm on creatine too.  I'll keep you updated.

Water intake: 7.5

This workout went ok.  For some reason my head was out of it and the intensity wasn't that great.  I improved a little bit, but the starting sets were weak because I was not "on" yet.

Seated Rows: 140lbs 4x8 (First exercise..no improvement)
Lat pulldowns:120lbs 3x9 (+.5)
BB curls: 55lbs 8/5/3 (maybe .5 rep on 2nd set.  Form might have been off today)
Bent over rows: 90lbs 4x9.5 (+.5)

I recently ended a 7 week phase of my bulk.  I am now home and have my home gym, which is awesome.  I now weight 4lbs more than I did 7 weeks ago.  177-181lbs.  My strength has gone up a good deal too.  I am now starting a switched up routine because I took a 5 day break.
