alright lets get this started. thanks to hillbilly and ax for letting me test there product. heres my history. im 6'1" at 203lbs bf% is around 13-15% ive been working out for 2.5 yrs with various breaks in between. the first year i was on diet weight traing were all 200% then too much other things came up you all know how that goes. been back on the 200% game again now for the past month.i started out at 150-155lbs and bulked up to 200lbs the first year.got up to 210lbs by the 1.5yr mark then got sick and worked to much so i let myself slip.i droped back down to 183lbs and havent looked back at that weight since i got my diet in order and my training back in order.and now onto my goals. my long term goal is to hit 280lbs with a bf% of 8-10%.now ive heard it a thousand times that i wont hit that without vitamin s. but i have not and will not use steroids or pro-hormones,i have 2 children to think about,and im a big enough ahole as it is. short term goal is to hit 240lbs by the end of this year. supplements i have used are: pump-tech,creakic,mri. no2,mri.ce2,mhp.androx.animal pak,vertex,t-bomb2,6star creatine capsules,cell tech, i will be taken the hx2,bcaa,animal pak,and cell-tech hardcore.i know alot of people hate muscle tech but hey i like some of there products and get them for almost nothing.now ive been taking this stack for the last 2months, so i know there results{except the hx2} so this is y im still going to take them with the hx2. hope all will like and enjoy this review.

well this is day 3 on the hx2. worked a 10 hr shift then hit the gym. forgot to post measurements theyll be up later. it was chest day to day incline BB wt set reps 145 wu 20 195 1 12 215 2 9 245 3 6 145 4 15 flat DB 90 1 12 95 2 10 100 3 8 flatBB 225 1 12 245 2 8 250 3 6 incline cable flyes 70 1 12 80 2 10 90 3 8 flat cable flyes 80 1 12 90 2 10 100 3 8 spaced out the hx2 to 1 every 4 hrs so it spreads out evenly throughout the day.drank the ol cell-tech post workout.took my bcaa pre and post also in the morn and will takeem at dinner till later game-over

here are my measurements as of sun 4-01-07.all are cold and not flexed chest: 43" shoulders: 50.5" neck: 16.5" waist: 35" measured at belly button left right bicept: 16" 16" forearm: 13" 13" wrist: 7.5" 7.5" thigh: 22.5" 23" calves: 16" 16" ankles: 9.5" 9.5"

updatin as of apr.6 still been going strong daily cals are now around 5000. dont know if its just me or what but damn ive been getting great pumps in the gym weight is at 204lbs apr.6 legs squats 1 20 155lbs 2 12 225lbs 3 10 245lbs leh ext. 1 12 180lbs 2 15 200lbs 3 10 220lbs ham curl 1 15 150lbs 2 11 170lbs 3 8 200lbs BB calve 1 30 225lbs raises 2 20 275lbs 3 12 300lbs overall great intensity and focus today. legs are pumped and burning.i dont go heavy on squats for 2 reasons,ive blown out both my knees in the past. right one has 1 pin and 3 screws in itand also 3 yrs ago was thrown off a 3-wheeler doing around 50mph and went head first into a pine tree and the bar on my neck kills it diet was good today did eat some mcds though 3:00am 1-hx2 bcaa 4:00am 2cups oatmeal 1cup 2%milk 16oz. of oj bananna 6:00 am 1 can tuna 8:00am protein shake bcaa 1 hx2 10:00am big mac 2 fish fillets med fri dr. pepper 20 oz. 12:00pm protien shake h&c sand wheat 2:00pm workout had a shake before after had a cell-tech 4:00 got home ate half a chicken and vegies and brown rice 7:00pm 12oz steak vegies and sweet potatoe 9:00pm bcaa 1- hx2 10:00pm some xtra-activites 11:30pm or so eat 1/2 cup cottage cheese some crackers 12:00am fast asleep

got up at 7:00am poped a hx2 at8:00am then made me and the kids breakfast 18 eggs 2yolks 6 strips of bacon and 4 wholewheat-bananna pankakes16oz glass of milk and oj fresh berries. 10:00am ate 4cps oats 1cup milk protien shake and 1 cinn rasin bagle with cream cheese 12:00pm ate a can of tuna 16oz. took hx2 did a lite workout on bench just messing around nailed 265 for 10 reps for 2 sets around 4:00pm will be going to the gym and getting busy will post what the rest of the day brings later tonight. so went and hit a new gym today just for a change of pace.started off on this chest machine dont know what its called but kinda a cross between db and bb. set1 45 each side for 30 reps set2 90 each side for 20 reps set3 135 each side for 8 reps set4 180 each side for 5 reps set5 180 each side for 4 reps incline BB set1-3 205 for 8 reps standing cable flyes set1-3 80 for 12 reps standing bent at 45 degree flyes set 1-3 90 for 10 reps dips body weight for 3 sets reps were 20,15,12 then did some more legs leg press 300 sets1-3 for 15 reps standing calve raises on machine sets 1-3 260 for 15 reps did this squat machine set 1 300lbs 20 reps set 2 400lbs for 15 reps set 3 500lbs for 8 reps 4:00 poped a hx2 and 4:30ish animal pak got to the gym around 5:30.after the gym ate a taco pizza yummy.got home and drank cell-tech and protein.going to eat again here soon then go to bed if the kids will. till tommorow keep lifting strong.

diet has been good today is a off day but will probably do some light arms later.trying to switch it up a lil bit.after this review im going to get 2 bottles of massf/x 2 more hx2 and 2 retain2 and if the 3-ad is out ill get that as well. really like the hx2 so far.pumps are one of the best and didnt even expect them to be and theyre all day pumps.also intensity is great along with the aggression in the gym today at lunch i cranked out 20 reps with 225lbs useually only get 12-15. also almost got 350lbs locked out after that,but the stupid wrist is still bruised and couldnt get past the pain in it. weight is at 203lbs as of today and im bettin my bf% has dropped considering in the morn i can see my top 4 abs clear as day.recovery seems to be good to. thanks to ax and hillbilly again for leting me test and review the hx2. ax now has a new customer for life thanks guys. till tomorow keep at it all

great as far as intensity, hunger,pretty sure bf% has gone down some.agression is also good in the gym.pumps are amazing. no side effects as of yet,oh and libido is up to.strength has gone up some also. but on that note im weird on strength usually once im done takin a supp for around 2 wks my strength will jump at least 20lbs on bench kinda weird but heck not gonna complain will deffinatley buy hx2 after im done with this review and do it in a stack with mass fx and see how that goes.if i had to rate it right now id give it a 10/10 thanks for the comp bb2k hopefully theyll just keep going up

alrighty then diet was good so far except did eat some hardees after workout cause i had some runing to do also a protein shake today was chest so here it is set lbs reps BB flat wu 135 30 wu 225 20 1 275 6 2 275 6 3 285 4 set down 1min rest did 4 more DB flat 1 90 15 2 100 10 3 105 8 inclineBB 1 145 15 2 205 8 3 225 6 DB flyes 1 60 10 incline 2 70 10 3 75 8 decline bench and cables were taken so will hit them at home after supper. strength is rising intensity and aggression is awesome pumps unbelievable diet: this is what ive ate today no paticular order 3-pb and jelly on whole wheat 2 tunafish/1 can with sweet relish 2 tbls on flax seed and whole wheat bread 2-yoplate yogurts 2-apples 1 can sliced peaches 1-sweet potatoe 2 cups oatmeal 4-hardboiled eggs i cup broccli 1 cup califlower 2-carrots 4 pcs string cheese 1.5 pound burger from hardees bacon cheese lettuce tomatoe curly fries strawberry shake also 5 liters of water 4 protein shakes. will post rest of workout and supper and what else i plan on eating later tonight. till then all give it 200% or y bother booya
