soo, does this mean that mono doesnt cause any more "bloat" than any other form of creatine?

Some of this is confusing to me. Can someone sum it up? Basically there is no advantage of taking any creatine besides mono because creatine automaticaly turns to mono in your body?

I don't understand why a gram of cee coud possibly be equal to less then a gram of mono. Isn't the whole point of ataching an ester to increase the half life of it? Plus it's supposed to be more lipopholic then mono and get into the cells more easilly instead of causing bloating.
The recommended dosages for cee are normally around 3g or even less wheras with mono it's 15-20g loading and 5g after that. Or at least it used to be for "loading."

I'm guessing the issue is that there's just not enough research on other forms other then mono though.

what you are really looking for is to determine the minimum dose that gets you results. 
Probably around 1.5 grams.  And perhaps the dose that gets you maximal results with no ill effects.
Perhaps 3 g for you...

How can you compare?

You have to keep a journal telling of daily performance, recovery, etc.  Take 6 weks off Creatine and then start with a 1.5 gram dose.  Go 3 weeks and see how things change.  Try a 2g dose for 6 weeks and see.  Try 3g for 6 weeks and see.

This is a single, daily dose.

Creatine is systemic..unlike protein or carbs that require frequent reloading...it resides in the system and recycles.  All you do is maintain the daily load and the body maintains a higher threshold amount.

1 gram of CEE = .45g Mono.

Bogus. In clinical observations it does no such thing.

Dosage has to do with individual need and tolerance, etc.
