Thoughts:
Sleep has been an issue, but not because of HX2.  Switched up my work schedule and I'll be working out with a little more consistency.  I was working second shift for the past couple weeks and that reallythrough me off.

I did.  I'm actually starting daylight tomorrow.  Damn Computer Jobs and there 24X7!  I should be on point for the last 2 1/2 weeks with my diet and workouts.

that should definatley shock ur muscles liftin at a different time

and thanks not to sure on it though theres alot of better ones but am going to keep loggin stuff so hope fully itll look like urd and a couple of other guys logs with the charts and all.deffinatley a good experiance though

Thoughts:
It was 1:00 am and I was like Fk it, I need to workout.  Didn't want to stop and just crunched away until my abs were buring.  Great workout!  The Veins were this color and it was like a fk'ing road map to China and back on my upper body.  Wicked pumps! 

I didn't let my wife in on this test, because she's alway asking or saying.."well that supplement didn't work".  I figure this would be a blind study test to get an honest opinion at the end.  Tonight she asked, "boy, your triceps really look a lot bigger"....my reply, "hmmm, is that right!"

Thoughts:
All I have to say is DAMN!  I didn’t want to leave the gym.  I put up 170, which really shocked me, because even before my little 8-month layoff, it took me almost 6 months to go from 150 to 170.  I must admit, being in the gym does give you a whole new feeling. 
New bench goal for the next 2 weeks 180.  (let me know if you think that’s to low or high)

As for the Legs, it felt really great to have the equipment to actually fry those little bastards! 

When I got home, the wife said, ”it really looks like you had a good workout”.  The pumps are unbelievable!  My arms are tight, chest is getting a little more separation, and shoulders are taken on a space of their own.  I would have to say, I would take wide cut shoulders over a massive chest any day.

Thoughts:  Holy ****!  I was only shooting for benching 180 by the end of next week and here I got 185 (see above).  Before the end of the 4 weeks, goal is to get 8 reps for 3 sets of 185.  I’ll tell you what, I like this a hell of a lot more than that product we can’t talk about.  Less sides with great results!

*As for the one we can talk about (3-AD),  I would love to be a tester to blow these numbers to shame.

Well tonight I hit 190 on bench 5 times 2 sets. HX2 has given me better result than the Big S. That's right! I can't believe it myself. I'll post workout in a few...

Thoughts:
Benching 190 was just SICK!  I mean… come on, 3 weeks ago I was doing 155!  Overall, great workout.  When I go to the gym it's go time.. just like rabbits in humping season! 
On a serious note: 
I would have to say this is one of the best products that I've used.  I have 6 days to go and I'm going to even push myself even harder these last couple days.  For being 3 weeks in and the strength and noticeable veins, pumps, and tightness is just unbelievable.  I can't thank HBRock and Ax enough for allowing me to test this product.  I'm hoping they bless me with the chance to give 3-AD a run.  If I have results like this with HX2… I can't you imagine what 3-AD would bring! (You must believe the Hype!)

Day 25 & 26
Diet was very clean.  Starting to prepare the body for a cut for May/June.  Consisted of chicken, steak, oats, shakes and smaller portions.  I must admit, trying to cut back on food is hard as hell when your taking HX2.

The Workout
Rocky style training -
Two days of cutting pine trees and moving 50lb plus logs for serveral hours per day. 
Worked in some cardio - cutting the grass.

At the end of the day, 2 sets of 75 consecutive push-up.  (Could never do more than 25 at a time).  Hit 25 and just keep going.. way to easy!

100 crunches and passed out at 10:00 both nights! 

** I feel the end is near with only a few days left to go!  During my break from HX2 and or starting 3-AD, it will be back to Kre-Alkalyn, ZMA, BCAA and a N.O. Product (aka "The Basics")**
