Thoughts:
Shoulders were pretty tired to begin with from doing work around the house earlier in the day.  This workout was just to shock all the muscle groups that were getting the workout.  Since I’m coming up on or almost the end of my first week of HX2, I just wanted to do some unorthodox training.  On Easter, I will be more on point with following a routine.  I’m hoping this will also help with the lack of working out for the past 8 months.  Really put those SOBs in the “WTF” are you doing to us!
 
I must admit, the traps were pretty swoll after the Sitting 1 Arm Shrugs.  First time I ever tried it and I will always include it in my workout from here on out.  I also noticed that my forearms are getting tighter and the muscle around the elbow feels a lot thicker.   Remember, I’m not out for some “miracle grow” over night results, but these are some basic changes.  The 200 calf raises left my skinny legs looking like two up-side-down bowling pins!  I think something might be kick ‘in in…. 
 
I also have this felling like I should be working out 24x7.  First thing I think about when I go to bed and first thing when I wake-up.  When can I fit it in… what do I do… what body part can I workout at work (sitting in my chair).. calves with a monitor on my lap… jump rope with a mouse and keyboard… I’m 110% focused on just working-out.

Thoughts:
Great workout.  I feel that I could hit the weights a little harder if I got more sleep.  I'm setting this as one of my goals for the last 3 weeks.  More rest and to workout with 175lbs (Flat Bench) atleast 3 sets of 6.
You have to remember, I think my body is still in shock mode. It hasn't had this kind of workout in almost a year.  It kills me to look back at my old "paper logs" and to see were I left off. 
I must admit, these last 2 days... I eat then about an hour to an hour and half, my stomach is grawling.
I think I'm going to change up the diet a little bit and carb load in the early morning/afternoon and the no carbs after 6:00 pm.  This will be hard to do since I do a simple complex carb drink after workout. 
Till tomorrow... 
One more thought:
With a mirror and a strong imagination, you can be as big as you want to be!

Thoughts:
Not a bad workout.  I need a little more physical energy (that’s why I asked about Stim X on another topic).  I have no problem with the mental part, it’s just the body can only work on so much sleep.  I’m changing my hours at work, so maybe these last 3 weeks will make a difference.  Still feeling hungry as ever. 

I would like to drop this 17.9% BF and 25.5 BMI.  Just found that out and I’m a little discussed with that.  The numbers don’t lie. 
I’m going to work cardio in tomorrow night depending on the weather (little running).

One more thought:
With a mirror and a strong imagination, you can be as big as you want to be!

Thoughts:
Still hungry as ever.  I've had a terrible headache for the past couple days (weather thing).  Plus, my body needed a little rest from my lack of sleep. 
HX2 - Chest and arms seem to be tighter.  Pumps are great!  I also noticed viens in my chest/shoulders/arms were bright blue.  I first it really freak'd me out!  Overall, I've never been on a supplement that actually cause me to have hunger pains.... trust me... this happens even if I eat large meals every 2-3 hours.

* Starting Sunday, I'm going to load carbs in the morning hours and add cardio in the evenings (1-3 miles every other day). 

**I'm going up in weight, but the pants are fitting a little different (feeling a little loose)!!
