I want to thank the guys at Anabolic Xtreme for allowing me to be a tester for the New Hyperdrol X2.

History:
I've been working out for almost two solid years and have seen some great result using Anabolic Xtreme products.  So you can just imagine when they asked me to be one of the testers I was like, "Damn right I'll test Hyperdrol X2".   

These past two years I've been working out in a little room in my basement.  Using a bar that's older than me and weights that must be at least 20 years old.  I also made a lat/tri pull-down machine by using the beams in my basement ceiling.  Sounds very caveman I know, but given my daily time constraints I had to make due.  I would either workout at mid-night or at 5:00 am. 

Let me brief this... my typical weight is around 175-180.  Last year I did a serious bulking phase and got up to 210.  About 8 months ago I moved and really haven't had time to workout.  Sad I know, but that solid 210 turned back to 180 and looking soft. 

I've been trying to find the time and the energy to get back into working out.  Then along came HillbillyRock (AX Rep) to make me an offer that would get me off my A$$ and back on track. 

I've never tried the first Hyperdrol and thought this would be great if I got picked as one of the testers.  Given the chance to test Hyperdrol X2 has become a great motivator to get me back in the swing of things.  Well, enough of the BS... let's get down to business.

Appears that I'll receive Hyperdrol X2 sometime this week.

3/13/07 
Scrapped the home gym and joined a gym!  Ok, I really didn't part with the weights, easy curl, tri-bar...etc.  I may need them for a rainy day. 

* I will post before pictures and status once Hyperdrol X2 arrives.

The Diet Plan:

Supplements:
Anabolic Xtreme Hyperdrol X2
Sci-Fit – Glut
Sc-iFit – BCAA
ON-Whey – Strawberry and Natural
Multivitamin 





Diet:
4500-5000 calories daily
240-260g Protein
500g  Carbs
? g Fat (Bulking)

7 -  Breakfast
     2 cups Oats
     2 whole eggs 3 whites

10 - Snack
     Natural Peanut Butter on two slices of wheat
     2 cups of skim milk

1 -   Lunch
    1 of the following (Chicken, Tuna, Turkey, Salmon)
    1 of the following (1 cup of Rice Pudding, 2 cups Rice or Pasta)
    1 serving of mixed vegetables

4 -   Snack
Combo of Servings - Can tuna, banana and natural butter sandwich, turkey sandwich, chicken, peanuts, almonds, 2 cups of skim milk, wheat bread - I will combo some of these to give me 30g protein and 50g carbs

6 - Protein Shake (30g protein, 1 cup of ground Oats, BCAA Powder, Glut)
 
6:30 -Workout
 
7:30 - Protein Shake (20g protein, BCAA Powder, Glut) made Simple sugar drink for insulin spike.
 
8  -  Dinner
    1 of the following (Chicken, Tuna, Turkey, Salmon, Turkey Meat Chili,  Turkey burger, )
    1 of the following (2 cups Rice or Pasta)
    1 bake potato
   1 serving of mixed vegetables

11 - Bedtime Snack
    Protein shake (1 cup of ground Oats, with Glut and BCAA Tabs) 
 





Tweak’d Jay Cutler Meal Plan from pg 168-169 M&F March 07 issue
 
Meal 1 - Breakfast
4 whole eggs and 4 egg wites
2 cups of cooked Oats
 
Meal 2 - Snack
6 oz canned Tuna, Chicken, or Turkey
3 slices whole wheat bread
1 Tbsp fat-free Mayo
 
Meal 3 – Lunch
7 oz lean ground beef
1 cup cooked pasta
¼ cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup veggie
 
Meal 4 –  Pre-Workout
2 scoops whey protein (with water)
2 cups cooked oatmeal
 
Meal 5 -  Post-Workout
2 scoops whey protein (with high simple sugar/carbs)
 
Meal 6 - Dinner
6 oz chicken breast
1 large sweet potato
1 cup veggies
 
Meal 7 - Bedtime
1 ½ cup of Cottage Cheese
1 cup cook paste, rice or rice pudding
¼ cup of spaghetti sauce if spaghetti is used.
 
 
3769 calories
363g of protein
433g of carbs
69g of Fat

It appears that Hyperdrol X2 arrived yesterday... and guess what... I happen to be out of town.  I will start the log on Monday 04/01/07.

Current weight: 174.5

Goals:
I'm not going to say I want to gain an inch on my arms, shoulders, neck...etc.  I want to keep this realistic.

What I would like to see after 30 days:

Arms  - 1/4 inch
Shoulder - 1/2
Chest - 1/4 - 1/2
Calves - 1/4
Legs - 1/2 - 1
Forearms 1/4
Waist/Abs - drop about 1/2 - 1 1/2

Weight gain + 7 lbs


I have really skinny legs and I'm going to concentrate heavily on hit the legs/calves during this 30 days.
