Ultimate Bulking Supplement Stack

If you got to pick the ultimate bulking stack that is safe and effective, what would you choose?  Which supplements would you mix?
 
This is based off a good diet as well.

Yeah, I need to update the log, been too busy with eating and training.

Maybe whey and multi-vit if anything.

Too many people looking for magic beans and magic bean combo's.

Eat more food and spend the money on more worthy and important things in your life.

well if your trying t put on some weight you need a weight gainer protein shake, i personaly like TRUEMASS by BSN,
you also need a good multi, i use megaman sport from gnc
a good NO product that iv had great results with is NOSHOTGUN (its crazy)
and i dont know if your interseted in prohormones (how old are you?) but SOSTOVOL 250 is a combination of three of the most popular/safest prohormones out there. (way safer than andro products) and if you use the prohormones you will need a liver support with it and some PCT.

I like what's in my sig, too. We're both on some pretty steep stacks.

yeah, expensive stacks. I just started the animal pak and i love it but man is it a expensive multi.

I'm personally a very hard gainer...always been able to eat tons and never put on weight...of course the biggest part to putting on mass is your diet...but for me N-Large2 worked great for getting the protein/extra calories necessary for putting on lbs...I would reccomend the 10lb bucket...and take 2-3 servings a day...can definitly help you throw on some pounds quickly

what i take is 100% whey protein and multivitamins/minerals,,, and i do think that you do not need much more than that... if your diet is good and you eat the right types of foods,,, then you do not really need to stack up so much on supplements,, IMO

Hey we're worth every penny.

As for everyone who says diet, multi & whey is all you need, well I understand that mentality but I eat 5,000 calories/day, 350g+ protein a day, 7 meals, 1 gallon of water a day (12.5lbs of liquids/day if you consider milk a liquid), and I haven't missed a meal or a workout in 2007. I'm firing on all cylinders and I have the money to spend on supps, so I'm getting that much more results than if I didn't take supps. They're not placebo.

Natural V. its a sex enhancer but its has a good amount of tribulus terrestis which works really good in my body for strenth
Pump tech. which works the best for me
cell tech. works best for me again
i dont use protein shakes. i get enough in food and i have one or 2 weight gain shakes a day but i make thos with carnation instant breakfast and peanut butter. theyre around 800 calories or so. with around 60 grams of protien so thats 120 grams in both of thos i only need around 170-190 which is easy with chicken eggs and tuna.
 

I'm going to have to go with our Ultimate Stack here.

Efa's- everyone needs the omega 3;s and 6;s
Cell Tech HC- I thinks its the best Post workout supplement on the market (because of the dextrose and recovery ingrediants)
Plasmavol and NaNox9 stack- Best NO combo i have ever used Period (although very pricey) (NO rushs nutrients to the muscles while giving you a good "pump" as a side effect)
Novedex XT- I just finished a cycle of PH's so i am PCT correctly with Novedex and a cleansing/repair formula.
Combo of various Protiens (On, Probolic, MRI)- for various times of day and recipes
and last but not least Universal Animal Pak- Its the best multi-vitmin ever and that is not questionable IMO. (pricey)
