gonna start listing my meal's to keep track of cals
went to the arnold classic yesterday and it was fricken fun as hell lots of beutiful models and got to talk to alot of bodybuilders! it was all fun got alot of mags gonna go through and see if i cant create a fool proof plan today at the gym gonna go to the gym and get an hour and a half of cardio and start lifting on monday through friday
heres my food for today
meal 1 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of chicken , 40 peanuts
cals = 440
meal 2 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of chicken , 40 peanuts
cals = 440
meal 3 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of ckicken , 40 peanuts
cals = 440
meal 4 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of chicken , 40 peanuts
meal 5 - 80 peanuts , 2 flax seed pils
cals = 330
total = 2100
alrighty update ****
its 9:58am
had meal one at 10 till 9:00am fixing for the next on for 10 till 12:00pm an hour after my second meak gonna go to the gym and do cardio for a little over an hour at about 1:00pm or so
okay started febuary 25th , 2007
and was
268 pounds now at the end of this week im down five pounds im so happy so now im at
263 pounds as of friday 02nd , 2007
sooo 7 days and five pounds awsome i put an update pic sooner also shaved my upper body so it will look a litle better

just got back from the gym got 45:32 on the elliptical about 780 was the est of cals burned
so tommorow i start lifting !!
