alrighty the reason for cutting time is ive rescently destroyed my knee from heavy lifting so i decided to go ahead and cut and ive got pretty acurate stats below so started cutting as of monday febuary 25th , 2007

start stats

okay tuesday today got up at 10:00am ate a bowl of noodles with little shrimp and small veggies somthing like a soup cup anyways also took two green tea tablets and 3 flaxseed oil caplits also took the meat off a arby's rost beef sandwich discarted the bread and sousce  had lunch at 12:30 to samon fillets so at 3:30 im gonna have a shake so ,so far ive had
noodlesoupstuff-290cals
roast beef-estimated 210cals
flaxseed tablets-15cals
green tea tablets-0cals
salmon fillets-200cals
noodlesoupstuff-290
TOTAL as of now 1005-cals total
i'll be happy with 2000cals thats what im cutting with so as of lunch 1005 gotta eat 995 more so to get a little more cals im gonna mix my shake with milk to get some extra cals
i'll update later after gym
im gonna go ahead and eat another soupbowl that gonna give me 290cals more

so later once again !

oh forgot my goals i dont have a bw goal but im gonna get my bf down to 6-10%and i'll be happy

OKAY!! once again update i just had my pre workout shake it came in at 410 cals so i'll be in the gym in about an hour and 20minutes or so so heres my cal intake so far


1005
plus my shake 410
im up to 1415 cals today
i need 585 i'll get about 300 or so with post workout meal
and rest for dinner

i'll update again after post workout
 
 
alrighty last update today im eating about 12 or so ounces of chicken and baked tater

good luck mate, but im gona give some input you may not like.
ive noticed through your journal on here, and caged animal that you've never really stuck to a routine i mean for like over 4 or 5 weeks you always seem to be changing your goals ie one week getting stronger the next cutting, and constantly changing your routine round i mean like every 2 weeks. im not trying to have a go at you, but i just think you need to stick to one routine, and you will have much more success because obviously i want you to hit your goals, and become better.
 
your a strong guy, and i think if you apply your self you will hit your goals, but please to stick to a routine.
 
yeah good one for posting the picture up gives you a good starting point. i also think you should get your body fat accuratly tested with calipers, because it makes it easier to notice small differences.
 
hope i havent pissed you off just think you should stick to one thing

hehe, I've also mentioned this to him several times.

BTW, Colton, what happened to that "trust me, I know what I'm doing" which was directed to rippedchick when she told you to be careful about pushing yourself to your limits? :D. Oh well, you've learnt your lesson.

Anyways, now time to pick yourself up. As grantoiz said, try to stick to one goal for some time, and not for a few weeks. Good luck with your training!

i gotta do my legs today i didnt yesterday did what was supposed to be todays anyways

meal 1-8:45
had 9 ounce steak and medium baked potato
roughly around or a little above 500 i'll go with 550 to be safe im cant eat nomore than 2100 my goal is to consume 2000

meal 2-11:30
made some little concotion with jalopeno peppers and taco bell souce VVVVeeeerrryy good and cut up a chicken breast for it and dipped it took 4 flax seed caplets took thatsa extra 20 cals and took three about an hour before took make for some missed calories and last but not least i had 2 green tea tablets

meal 3-2:15(pre workout)same chicken and souce and diced potatos 

meal 4-chicken and taters
 
workout went good little leg pain

hmm march already....

march 1st , 2007
well we kinda have it bad here in the food department it 8:30 and im eating noodles maruchan instant noodles with veggies and a smallk piece of shrip , oh did i mention im watching spongebob ? lifes great hopefully we make it out to the store today im on my last cup of noodle's guess im gonna eat oatmeal with whey to get some protien !!!! im gonna update later

instead of oatmeal and whey i had a bowl of red beans i was suprised how they tasted and carry good amounts of protien in them the oatmeal and strawberry whey mixed together not only looks like puke but tasted like puke i just cant stomach this GNC protien so im on all natural foods except for the flax seed tablets...

well laugh if ya want i modified my routine a little spaced things out a litlle better ive gotta get somthing to eat im HUUUUUUNNNNGGGGGRRRRRRYYYYYYY hmm fish sounds tastey ...

 routine looks ok, but maybe you should lower the reps for the deadlifts, and if i was you id put the squats at the start of the leg routine.

gonna start listing my meal's to keep track of cals
went to the arnold classic yesterday and it was fricken fun as hell lots of beutiful models and got to talk to alot of bodybuilders! it was all fun got alot of mags gonna go through and see if i cant create a fool proof plan today at the gym gonna go to the gym and get an hour and a half of cardio and start lifting on monday through friday
heres my food for today

meal 1 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of chicken , 40 peanuts
cals = 440

meal 2 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of chicken , 40 peanuts
cals = 440

meal 3 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of ckicken , 40 peanuts
cals = 440

meal 4 - 3/4 cups rice , 3 strips of chicken , 40 peanuts

meal 5 - 80 peanuts , 2 flax seed pils
cals = 330

total = 2100

alrighty update ****
its 9:58am
had meal one at 10 till 9:00am fixing for the next on for 10 till 12:00pm an hour after my second meak gonna go to the gym and do cardio for a little over an hour at about 1:00pm or so
okay started febuary 25th , 2007
and was
268 pounds now at the end of this week im down five pounds im so happy so now im at
263 pounds as of friday 02nd , 2007
sooo 7 days and five pounds awsome i put an update pic sooner also shaved my upper body so it will look a litle better

just got back from the gym got 45:32 on the elliptical about 780 was the est of cals burned
 
so tommorow i start lifting !!
