No, not really. I guess the latest one that I posted was the "Most Muscular" thread in the "Critique my physique" forum. Those pics though I am regarding as my "before" pics, because I never really took that much time to look very good with them. They were just spur of the moment. Throught my journal in the future I am going to be posting pics here and there when I start shedding a little weight. So, for like my Chest/Biceps day I will include a pic showing those muscle groups as well as the regular workout description.
