I  love Muscle Milk, it is the only food type supplement I use.
If you can bench press more than you can squat you should be ashamed.

its a little high in fat, but I am willing to sacrifice that cause it has to be one of the best testing protein supps out there! I buy as many 4 packs as I can afford

I like it a lot too. Banana creme is awesome. Tastes good even in water.
You need fat in your diet. Testosterone is derived from fats.
Plus it can really help those that have a hard time gaining weight.
 
Anyone notice that the powder has like a gritty texture when you mix it with milk though?

Yeah, got a sample pack with my supp order and mixed it with milk, noticed that. Chocolate Milk flavour tasted great, too choco even

cholesterol= sterol+lipid.  lipid=fat.
 
testosterone comes from fat.

Mocha Joe is the absolute best!!!  I can not say enough good things about this.
 
I've tried Mint Chocolate Chip also, but Mocha Joe kicks butt.

The fats in muscle milk burn off as energy if I understand correctly. This does turn me off to using it before bedtime though, because I dont imagine I burn too much fat sleeping.

I dont recommend the chocolate malt flavor. With milk it tastes a little off. Cookies and Cream HAS to be the best.

im gonna order some of this stuff, i already take a weigh protein before and after training, would i just take muscle milk once before bed?
