Your shape is very much like mine just a little higher BF%. were around the same size though but I think I have a bit more meat on my back and traps. I like how your rear deltoids form into the triceps. You have triceps that form like mine too, You don't really get that massive horse shoe alot of other people get. Neither do I its like one solid slab lol. I figured out a way of expanding it out though.. At least I think I did and if it works I will let you know how I did it. Your deltoids looks good. You need to get use to flexing when you do your rear double bi pull your arms back and well as flexing your lats. It will make your traps and middle back stand out more you may be pulling them foward and raising your arms. Its more about showing off your deltoids and arms when doing a rear double bi. So use the camera again and this time pull your arms back as if someone was putting their knee into the middle of your back and pulling your arms toward them.

with all honesty, i think you need to stop lifting with your ego and start lifting with your muscles. ive read through most of the previous posts and have seen the weight that you are using and was expecting to finding a monster, because even most big guys can never hammer curl 100s, shrug 500, ect., but in my opinion, your lifts and body mass do not match up. if you are bodybuilding, the goal is to build muscle, not strength, the latter of which you seem to have. On another note, have pretty good side delts and a flat stomach

On another note, have pretty good side delts and a flat stomach well to be completely honest that made me laugh considering i dont lift with my ego and most of the time my form is strict. i use the heavier weight to shock my muscles here and there, with nonperfect form. but thought strenth has alot to do with body building{example if i sit and do shrugs with 225-315 for 40 reps whats that going to do for me? or sit and bench 225 for 30 reps every set.} not trying to be a dick i did ask for critiques.i do not believe in ego lifting there for i do not do it. itll only cause injuries.i watch morons in the gym on a dailly basis bounce 225lbs off of there chest with a serious arch in there back and ass of the bench and im waitin for one to seriously hurt themselves so i can laugh. but yeah i am trying to body build but also trying to get as much strength as possible to. just to explain some. thanks for the comments. sry for the disapointment but give me 2-3 more yrs and ill be a beast
