thanks guys. 140s 150s got to be 200lb db.yeah i go every other week on the incline angle.will do some more vids at my regular gym this week sometime.

alright today was arms. wu tri pushdowns 150-25 1-200-15 2-200-15 3-200-15 skull crushers 1-125-10 ss with cgb 2-125-8 same repsoneach 3-125-8 cable behind head 1-150-10 ext. sittin 2-160-8 3-170-6 tri dips on 1-4plates till faliure all sets hammer strength 2-6 plates 3-6plates and 2 quarters BB curls 1-90-12 2-100-10 3-110-8 DB curls 1-60-10 2 70-7 3 50-12 very slow db hammers 3sets of 10 70-75-80 lb db then did a ss from 50-3lbs 10 reps or more each only moving from the elbow perfect form right arm to right shoulder. on the heavier ones we do right hand to left shoulder to minamize shoulder use preacher curl 1-100-12 machine 2 hands 2-120-10 3-140-6 seated conc. 1-90-12 reps single arm 12 reps useing both. curls 2-100-10 same as first machine 3-110-8- same as first hammer strength preacher 3sets with 2 plates 90lbs till faliure each arm went 13-10-6 done arms are so pumped im surprized my skin is still intact. drove home ate 2 chicken breast a large sweet pot. and mixed fresh veggies and a protein shake.then took a 3hr nap and now cooking up a t-bone and vegies and sweet pot.

chest day inclineBB wu 135-20 1 225-12 2 245-9 3 250-7 flatBB 1 275-10 2 295-8 3 305-5 incline DB 1 100-12 2 105-10 3 110-7 FLAT db 1 110-12 2 130-6 3 130-4 CABLE FLLYES 1-100-12 FLAT 2-120-10 3-130-8 4-70-30 incline cable 1-100-12 flyes 2-110-10 3-120-8 4-60-30 weighted dips 1-45lb-20 belt with a 2-100-12 chain 3-100-10 through 4-100-7 weight plates great workout even though work killed me today.the humidity inside was killer. drank atleast 4 gals. of water. dont know what my cal. intake was today,but ate around every 3-4 hrs.

so another chest day has come and gone started with flat 4 sets workin 2 sets warm up 135x30 225x15 275x10 295x8 315x6 335x2x2 flat dbs were 3 sets 0f 110x12 incline dbs were 4 sets 100x15 105x12 110x8 110x8 incline BB was 4sets 225x12 245x10 265x7 275x5 then cable flys 100lbs for 4 sets of 15 fo incline flat and decline. decline db 110x10 for 3 sets weighted dips with a 100lb plate till failure 4 sets 20-17-14-12-8 weight is 206lbs still gotta do bf% but the kid broke my calipier so need to get a new one

so didnt workout today was exhausted by the time i got done with work but at lunch i did hit the gym for half of it just to stretch out and i nailed 300lbs on the BB incline woohoo!! i might have been able to hit 315 but i wu with 135 then 225 then 275 then 300 so next week ill try 315.

alright so havent posted in awhile so heres whats been going on i havent hit the gym in 3 weeks. dont really know why just have been a bunch of things going on latley and have had some things to sort and figure out but its time to get back in there and get it done again so scale weight is at 203lbs. bf13% so alrighty then its time.

alright so did some maxes yesurday and today so figured id post them dbs flat bench 140lbs incline 120lbs shoulder press 105lbs curl standing 75lbs BB flat 350lbs incline 315lbs military seated behind the head 250lbs bb curl 130lbs these are all with perfect form no cheating what so ever.

i will get some up again soon hopefully. gotta remember though ive been doing perfect form from the start cause if i didnt my buddy would make me redo the whole set over again.u look as if your gaing strength on most your lifts weekly though so youll be up there soon bro.

alright lets see if i can keep this going this week.worked fricken sucked i literally sweated through 3 shirts. 90 degree weather plus 90% humidity suxs. so after working a 8hr shift i hit the gym.switched some sets up some for kicks. db flat--6 sets 1st--120x10 2ond--120x10 3rd--120x7 4th--110x7 5th--110x6 6th--90x15 db incline--6 sets 110x10 110x9 105x9 105x8 100x8 85x15 bb incline---3sets 205x8 225x6 205x8 pluse4 forced reps db decline--4sets 110x10 120x9 130x6 then did standing cables to faliure all 3 postitions upper,middle,lower.all sets were with 100lbs rep range was from 10-15 then hit weighted dipson the parelle bars or v bars whatever you call them.drop sets 100lbs till faliure 15reps 75lbs till faliure 16reps 50lbs till faliure 20 reps 25lbs till faliure 21reps bw till faliure 25 reps or so didnt really keep count. cal intakes been good i still have a great pump but me chest keeps twitchin lol. i know my chest is gonna KILL the next 2 days after this workout.well till tommorrow later all

arm day db alt. curls 75x6 70x6 45x15 75x8 75x6 db hammers 80x10 90x8 100x6 100x5 cable preacher curl single arm 90x12 100x10 110x7 60x20 lying cable e-z curl with a 5 sec squezze 200x8 190x10 180x13 bb curl with a arm blaster which mkes it so you only use ur bis 85x12 105x10 125x6 tri pulldowns 200x15 250x10 250x10 tri pushdowns 300x10 300x9 300x9 rope pull downs to the sides 120x12 130x10 140x8 bb skull crushers 95x20 115x10 135x7 bench dips with partner standing on bench pushing down on the shoulders 4 sets to faliure great day again the heat and humidity sucks but what can you do either train hard or go home

I know you are!! Cause the fly cables don't go that high.. I mean I have been to three really nice gyms and the max I have seen is 200 - 220lbs so you must be using the lat pull machine for your triceps lol Freaking strong basterd.

One more thing!! YOU DID DUMBELL HAMMER CURLS WITH 100LB DUMBELLS!! That I have to see I really got to see videos that awsome.
