Alright now I have a full set of pictures to critigue!! wohoo!! Ready Aim FIRE!! lol Okay so Your triceps Look really good dude I love how the long head of the tricep runs so close to your elbow. The forearms look pretty good too.. Seems as though you dont carry alot of fat in your arms. Your Traps look good but they dont run down the center of your back enough.. Try reverse flys on the pec deck and cable cross overs. Dont focus too much on the press's. Your chest looks good too. especially the upper chest. Lats don't look bad.. The wheels!!! got to work them wheels!! Thats really an area that I see that needs work... They don't look tiny but they defenently dont match your upper body. With a frame like yours with larger wheels you could easly be 220lbs. your weight is probably going to shoot up alot more when you start working your legs.

well the legs seem fairly strong for not working them at all. You do need to bring up the weight past what your upper body is pressing though lol.. thats so funny I bet you bench way more then you squat. Good job bro that is not a bad starting place at all! Look where I started in my journal.. its the same as where your at now.
