tried out the golds gym today theyre not all set up yet so just did what they had available. some of them hammer strength machines i likey. diet kinda fell today but drank around 8 liters of water damn iowa weather,skip right over spring and staight to summer.

shoulders stick a fork in me im done my traps are killing me and after this workout i couldnt even raise my arms between the pump and burn they were on fire.

So what is your scale weight now? I just have 5 lbs more to go to hit our goal.. I decided to change my goal to 215 - 220.


Don't stop posting I really like this.. For a minute I was getting discouraged but looking through your work outs its your chest that is blowing mine away everything else were almost even. I am just beginning to catch up so you can't stop posting!! SmileSmile

dont worry bro will be back to posting,just been hecktic latleyand puter was acting up its fixed now. scale weight is 209lbs as of right now mornings its 206lbs.im hopin to be around 230lbs at years end atleast final goal is 280lbs.but who knows how long thatll take.we are definatley even on most.probably battle on some.thanks for the comments i follow your log and a couple others.as well but me and you are basicly neck and neck. startin sat. ill be posting again took this week off of the gym cause ive been feeling run down and sore so needed healing time.

It did not really take us this long to get around the 210 range.. I still have 5 more lbs to go though.. But still we got here pretty quick. Our form of training is sort of close to each other.. I noticed you like dumbells and I have recently got addicted to them. I believe they have helped us add the bulk muscle.

oh and with your skull crushers your using EZ bar? Alot of free weight motion on the tri's and chest + the cables incorporated into the dumbells.. You still do alot of barbell stuff though and I got away from that for the most part.. Although I have noticed Barbell curls helping alot for my self.


I am wondering if I get to doing reps with 110 and 115lb dumbells what do you think my flat barbell will go up to? when I rep 225 8 - 9 times I was only doing 90 - 95lb dumbells.. Now I should be just about at 100 - 105lb dumbells the next time I go in.. so I 10lb increase on my dumbells will show how many extra lbs on my barbell.. Just wanted to know what you thought about that.. I have been wondering but I am staying away from the barbell until I get these dumbells to at least 110 for reps.

it should be around 10-20 i would assume,but not sure. i will have to pay attention to that in the future lol.

yea once i got my diet down to a t the weights been soaring,its pretty cool since im sweating my butt of loading semi trailors and my weight keeps going upor maintanin.

on skull crushers i switch it up 1 week ill do the e-z bar the next week i do the barbell.

yea our training seems pretty similar,except for the legs i just started hiting them every week,they grow to dang easy for me and i dont want them past 34in. for the quads.calves want prob 20".that and both knees are shot but workin on that.if i ever make it out that way well have to go kill the gym together.

dont think ill ever get away from the barbell benchin i like it to much,same with the dumbells.also will be postin new pics up sat night so checkem out.

I can't see the last pictures.. But whoa dude.. you really got to work on those wheels..  Your calves almost seem as big as your quads and hams..  You need to get those babies pumped up! 

I think you have a larger frame then me too.  Your joints alone in your calves and thighs look way bigger then mine.. Your calves look far better then mine though!! mine are like pegs..

I really want to see the new upper body pictures that you got!   Oh!! and dont forget to make videos! video entries on your journal would be tight I really want to see man Smile

heres a chest pic. the sad thing is i dont really do any thing for legs,i ve only hitem once this month, but startin this week will be doing them every week till they get to big. workin on the videos thingSmile.
