arm day set rep lbs bb curl wu 15 70 1 10 90 2 8 100 3 6 110 db curl 1 12 55 2 10 60 3 6 70 hammer strength sitting curl 1 12 110 2 10 120 3 8 130 hammer strength machine push downs sitting 3 sets of 20 reps 240lbs skull crushers 3 sets of 10 reps of 130 lbs tried out the golds gym today theyre not all set up yet so just did what they had available. some of them hammer strength machines i likey. diet kinda fell today but drank around 8 liters of water damn iowa weather,skip right over spring and staight to summer.

shoulders stick a fork in me im done my traps are killing me and after this workout i couldnt even raise my arms between the pump and burn they were on fire. set rep lbs bb siting wu 20 141 plates were all 48lbs presses 1 10 161 2 8 181 3 6 201 siting 1 12 40 front 2 10 50 laterals 3 8 60 cable 1 12 30 x-over 2 12 40 3 8 50 rear 1 12 40 x-over 2 10 50 3 8 60 behind back 1 20 141 BB shrugs 2 12 237 3 10 333 4 8 429 did with lifting straps on front BB 1 10 429 used straps on all sets of these shrugs 2 8 499 3 6 519 machine 1 15 200 shoulder 2 12 200 press 3 10 200 4 7 200 i am beyond happy bout my shrugs the only lift ive ever out done my training partner on. he told me when im benching that then i can poke fun at him lol. he benches 500lbs max now. told him yeah when i hit the 500 on the bench hell be at atleast 800.but great day. till tomorrow all have a great night

dont worry bro will be back to posting,just been hecktic latleyand puter was acting up its fixed now. scale weight is 209lbs as of right now mornings its 206lbs.im hopin to be around 230lbs at years end atleast final goal is 280lbs.but who knows how long thatll take.we are definatley even on most.probably battle on some.thanks for the comments i follow your log and a couple others.as well but me and you are basicly neck and neck. startin sat. ill be posting again took this week off of the gym cause ive been feeling run down and sore so needed healing time. till later bro keep at it, jeremy

I still have 5 more lbs to go though.. But still we got here pretty quick. Our form of training is sort of close to each other.. I noticed you like dumbells and I have recently got addicted to them. I believe they have helped us add the bulk muscle. oh and with your skull crushers your using EZ bar? Alot of free weight motion on the tri's and chest + the cables incorporated into the dumbells.. You still do alot of barbell stuff though and I got away from that for the most part.. Although I have noticed Barbell curls helping alot for my self. I am wondering if I get to doing reps with 110 and 115lb dumbells what do you think my flat barbell will go up to? when I rep 225 8 - 9 times I was only doing 90 - 95lb dumbells.. Now I should be just about at 100 - 105lb dumbells the next time I go in.. so I 10lb increase on my dumbells will show how many extra lbs on my barbell.. Just wanted to know what you thought about that.. I have been wondering but I am staying away from the barbell until I get these dumbells to at least 110 for reps.

[/quote] it should be around 10-20 i would assume,but not sure. i will have to pay attention to that in the future lol. yea once i got my diet down to a t the weights been soaring,its pretty cool since im sweating my butt of loading semi trailors and my weight keeps going upor maintanin. on skull crushers i switch it up 1 week ill do the e-z bar the next week i do the barbell. yea our training seems pretty similar,except for the legs i just started hiting them every week,they grow to dang easy for me and i dont want them past 34in. for the quads.calves want prob 20".that and both knees are shot but workin on that.if i ever make it out that way well have to go kill the gym together. dont think ill ever get away from the barbell benchin i like it to much,same with the dumbells.also will be postin new pics up sat night so checkem out.

thanks g will be startin this week and here i thought my legs were decent never been told my legs were small lol. guess its time to lay the smacketh down and start crawlin out of the gym then thanks again
