Your favorite creatine

So I decided to start taking a creatine product. And by that I mean either monohydrate or CEE. Which of these do you guys prefer and what brand? The two I were considering were Cell Mass(CEE) and regular german mono.

My friend tells me great things about the EAS Phosphagen, but i prefer Designer Supplements Xceed due to the great results I have had with it.

So I decided to buy Xceed by Designer Supplements. I've heard so much hype about their products I am actually very interested to find out how they work. This one at least. I will probably post my results here if anyone is interested.

I am a fan of cellmass for sure, the stuff is great. However, I recently started Dymatize's Xpand and let me tell you, the stuff is awsome I am very tempted to say even better than cellmass. Reason why I havnt is because its my first time using the stuff and I am about half-way through, but my pumps are great and strength has definitly gone up. the plus to xpand over cellmass is that it has tri-creatine and nitrix in it, so its really good.

no creatine will do its job if your diet sucks. I took cell mass with a crappy diet. Didn't gain anything. I am on size on right now with a great diet and so far the results are rediculous

ORIGINAL: deadlysuperstar I just bought Cellmass today and hopefully there won't be any sides (in another thread I mentioned that loading on mono gave me "faux-varies" and full-body night drenches so I couldn't make it past the first week). It says drink almost a gallon (120oz) of water a day. Crazy. So that's a gallon of water added to the half gallon of milk I drink per day, or 12 pounds of liquids per day if you count milk as a liquid (some people don't). The guy at the store I go to knows I like to drop $$$ there so he gave me an extra discount which was pretty cool. I scored the 1.41lb jar for $33. My stats in my sig should be going up in the next few weeks. Tomorrow I'm starting an amped up diet, new supps, and the same vicious 2X/day workout schedule. I got the idea of getting Cellmass from this and a couple other threads on this board since everyone has given it good reviews so I'm thinking Cellmass is gonna be a good deal. Cool avatar.
