Yeah lol. I forgot to type in the pre and post workout stuff. Which is 6 servings of milk powder + orange altogether.
I suddenly woke up thinking about it and my heart was beating so fast lols.
My pre-workout stuff should be taken half hour b4 lifting as usual right?

I can get creatine powders such as storm , cellmass , greenmag (just became available) , creakic and a whole bunch of others including Micronized Creatine from AST. Which should i go for?

And how come i read in the supplements forums that people are having different results with different creatine products? i thought creatine mono is the same quality throughout?

Look for the most pure creatine with the fewest BS ingredients.

The reason is the majority of the products are filled with CRAP!!!

I see. Hmmm i can buy totally pure creatine from gnc or theres one being sold on that website made by that website itself which is so much cheaper then things like cellmass and greenmag. I'll give that a try i guess. Gonna start a new journal come sunday Smile

or how about this:

Each Serving Provides: Pure HPLC tested and laboratory certified "Micronized" creatine monohydrate - 5 grams.

I realised my neck is pretty big. I'm only 56kg, and my waist is 30.5inches, yet my neck is like 14.5 inches!!

Sorry to interrupt your journal, but I just want to ask Dan something as I know his always reading your journal! Dan, I'm thinking of purchasing some egg white powder as it is really cheap from an actually egg manufactour company (I saw ones from supplement places but they are more expensive than whey and cost heaps more than the egg company). I currently have a meal after my workout (half hour) but would it better if I take egg white powder immediately after my workout. I know whey gets in your system in about 30mins, while egg white is about 1.5-3hours, but egg white is so cheap!!

Yesterday at the gym, i deviated from doing hst and decided to try something new for my chest.
I did this:

10 reps of 20kg (21kg is my 10 reps max but theres no such weight at my gym)
17.5kg (no rest and performed to failure)
15kg (no rest and performed to failure)
12.5kg (no rest and performed to failure)
10kg (no rest and performed to failure)

Basically the only rest came in the form of dropping the weights and picking up the other one. I felt for the 1st time my chest was really worked. However, is this considered overtraining? could this types of workout work for me?

Last night my chest was aching however today its much worse when i molest it. It hurtS!

No...if you read either of the posts in my sig, you will see that lightly seasoning your normal training with intensity variations is GOOD!

The pain is mostly lactic acid buildup.

We call that drop-sets or burns.

Hey Dan, how did saternal get your attention so much on his journal. Not complaining I get a lot out of your comments even in other journals. Just a little curious why you don't pop up as much in other journals (namely mine Smile).

Disarray.

I have been travelling.  Moving.  Using computers of strangers on street corners.

So I have only been responding, not spreading around.

Now I am starting a pre-med degree course and my time will be limited to one day on weekends unless I finish all my studies and research work for the week.

Once I am moved in I will be more diverse!

Saternal was just lucky. Lots of time travelling.

Normally I charge for that kind of attention!Smile

No problem Dan. Congratulations on everything going on for you. What kind of med degree are you working on? My wife is medical school (3rd year) and I know how hectic and stressful it can be.

Thanks Smile
