Hmm....what's the diff between pure whey isolate and whey protein? Also, just to clarify again, i don't need EFAs from fish oil since i'm already taking 3 oz of cod and 3 oz of salmon everyday right?

If you can find the Natural ON Whey, that is better... http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/natwhey.html Looks like that... Myotape is for recording the RAW circumference measures week to week. This is VERY important!!! unflexed.. Forearm at thickest Biceps at midpoint Around the shoulders mid delt Neck @ adams apple Chest at nipple Waist at belly button Hips around thickest part of buttock Thigh at midpoint Calf at thickest Ion-exchange purified whey — This is the most pure of all the whey proteins, but may have reduced immunostimulant properties due to chemical processing. Whey isolates — These products are purified without the use of heat. Thus, they still contain the potentially beneficial immunostimulant constituents (immunoglobulins) of whey. Whey protein "isolates" are typically lower in lactose, fat, and cholesterol than regular whey protein. Whey hydrosolates — Essentially this is pre-digested protein that is assimilated into the body more quickly than other, non-hydrolyzed types. This is well suited for use after exercise because of the increased bioavailability of the pre-digested protein. The whey proteins used in sports nutrition usually contain protein in a range of 70 to 90 percent or more. Those that range from 70 to 89 percent are classified as whey protein concentrate. A concentration of 80 percent is usually the standard used in most WHEY CONCENTRATE supplement products. Whey with a protein content of 90 percent or higher is classified as whey protein isolate. The higher the concentration of protein, the lower the fat and lactose content, so WHEY ISOLATE obviously has a higher protein content with less fat and lactose than WHEY CONCENTRATE. This would imply that Concentrate would absorb at a slightly slower rate. however this difference is very minor.

I try asking them for natural on whey. If not i'll just try that thing i linked. i can't get that designer whey - natural ether =/. Couldn't help but take a swing at 1 left over pork rib and some sing ray from last nights dinner for my meal 2. Ate it with a sweet potato and some carrots though. Try my best to resist some biscuits and munched on almonds and cashew nuts. This meal was prolly higher in fat and sodium then usual. Is it considered a cheat meal? =/

Been Napping for 3 hours i feel so happy lols. Anyways, today i didn't count calories, aside from that meal stated above, i've been eating the usual sweet potatos and broccolis and fish. Didn't weigh the food though. Need to eat bigger portions today since i'll prolly eat 4 meals today.

Just called all the stores of gnc and they dun have that natural on whey nor designer whey natural. Damn. I'll just buy that Optimum Nutrition 100% Any Whey Protein. In truth does those ingredients really make a difference? Damn i was mistaken. The website i linked was US and therefore i cant get that whey. OMG. I've resigned to the fact i can't get pure whey here . Out of these which is best to get ? http://www.nutrifirst.net/sub/cat/id20.html Today was the 1st time i snacked so badly. After dinner - ( 6 oz lean topside, 200g sweet potato, 150g broccoli). I sat down and watched movie for a while then got up to eat some cashew nuts. Couldn't stop after 1 or 2 handfuls had to go for 5. After that, opened a pack of nuts coated in flour that my dad had bought. Still that wasn't enough, i ate half a pack of ruffles that i was 100% sure had trans fat in it. This is certainly not good for me. I knew it was bad to eat such things yet i couldn't stop myself. It was like i really couldn't control. I My mind was saying one thing while my hands and mouth were doing another. This is really depressing....
