Dan, I weigh 123lbs, and drink around 3litres a day, and sometimes 3.5litres a day. Would this still be considered ok?

There's no much heat, but I drink alot because I constantly sip little amounts of water, say from 7:30am to 10:30pm, but then I also drink another 2 cups of milk on top of that. Do you think that's too much? But for me I don't 2 litres of water is enough, I kinda seem thristy if I only drink that much, or could it because I'm just use to drinking alot of water? BTW, I asked a question last time, but I couldn't find the thread again. Anyways I was asking that sometimes at a certain period, I somehow go to the toilet like 4-5 times, about 5 minutes apart, and then it stops. I was wondering what is the cause of this, drinking too much water in one hit? On average I go to the toilet about every 20 minutes, is too much?

ORIGINAL: danmirage Looks good. You should have great energy for training! See, from here you have lots of room to wiggle! Again ... perfect timing. Heading to the gym and grocery store now. I'll have some updates on my workout today or tomorrow. After two days with HST, I noticed my muscles are ready for some more weight!

I'm going to get the scale, caliper, and multiV tonite online ... what mutli should I take? Is the Kirkland Signature Daily Multi vitamin 500 Tablets With Lutein ok? I reada some posts that Animal Pak and the GNC multi is good, but animal pak seemed too much for what I do, especially since I take BCAA's seperate pre/post workout. Thanks! Got some long-grain brown rice today and it's much better then the old boxed kind ... here's my new day of meals with the adjustments. 2423 calories w/ a ratio of 18/56/26 (fat/carb/pro) Meal 1 4 egg white w/ 1 yoke 1 cup Oatmeal 10 Baby carrots 2 tbsp fish oil Meal 2 2oz Sliced roast beef 4/10 cup Brown rice 5 - 4" Celery Stalks Meal 3 10 medium Shrimp 1 cup Salad 2 cups of Corn Meal 4 2oz Chicken Breast 4/10 cup Brown Rice 1 cup Broccoli Right before workout 1/4 teaspoon per 35 lbs of weight 8 grams BCAA Workout Right after workout 1/4 teaspoon per 35 lbs of weight 8 grams BCAA Meal 5 2 oz Chicken 1 Sweet Potato 5 - 5" Celery Sticks Meal 6 2 oz Chicken 4/10 cup Brown Rice 1 cup Salad

Parboiled rice ... is this brown rice? I got the long-grain kind ... big 20lb bag. It's pure carbs, no fat, low sodium, etc ... is this OK? I compared it to brown rice and the nutritional content is the same... let me know what you think.

Workout day 4 ... followed the plan I've been following, I plan to mix it up at the start of next week. Weight has not changed since Workout day 1 ... figure we'll need a month of the current meal plan and workout plan before we see some changes.

If you were taking circumferential measurements, caliper measures, and photos..you would notice the change. The first obvious thing is the way cloths fit. Haven't taken measurements yet ... caliper should be here tommorrow and I'll take some BF measurements then. Clothes fit the same.
