lol but at the same time u cant really get bigger without gaining strength in some way because u need to give ur body a progressing stimulus

Just vary it. 3x8 3x10 3x12 3x5 Depending on how you feel. If you feel like a brute...3x5..if you feel like you want to get pumped...3x12...
