My experience with no2, nox2, and v12 - Friday, April 11, 2003 10:52 PM
I want to start off by saying that no2 and nox2 were the best supplements I ever took. I went through 2 bottles of no2 then I switched to the cheaper nox2 with excellent results. I gained about 7 lbs in 3 weeks and fealt phenominal pumps while working out! I fealt like my skin was going to ripp! I looked completly different in the gym with my pumps. I couldn' t believe my eyes and everyone thought that I was juicing. But the problem is the pumps are not perpetual. they go away an hour or two after the workout. But they do motivate me to lift much harder so that I can look like that. I have discontinued nox2 to sea if v12 will work on its own. I have been on v12 for 2 weaks with absolutly no gains! Nothing. I just started back on nox2. Sorry for the long post, I just wanted to share my experience. I will finish the bottle of v12 because mabey I didn' t give it enough time. Anybody have simular exp. with v12/no2/nox2? what other supps worked for you?

I' am on my second bottle of No2 and only gained like 3-4 pounds. I guess thats not bad but you said you gained like 7 pounds in 3 weeks. whats your secret, any tips you can give? If I dont gain 10 by the end of this bottle, Iam stopping it.[:' (]

Isnt any weight gain going to be mostly temporary?

It does make you burn fat, I have lost a good amount of fat. I think No2 has kept me from gaining fat, so the weight I do gain is muscle. The results wont be temporary if your gaining muscle, how would it be.

i have taken mri no2 and pinnacle nox2 and no side effects of racing heart or anything negative to that matter
not a great product but you feel more pumped after working out for longer and seems like a stronger pump don' t know if feeling a pump stronger and longer really helps build more muscle or if it is just a feeling one gets and does nothing just a nice physical effect of lifting who knows

any comments on whether the pumps are good for building muscle or just a cool side effect?

" Pumps" are when your muscles are engorged with blood.

I agree with M-XTRA, I did not notice much of a pump effect until after the 2nd week. I am 3 1/2 weeks in now and notice more " pumps" , but as others have said they are not perpetual. Overall, I am pleased with the effects of NO2 but will probably try the cheaper nox2.

What is your guys eating schedule on NO2? Also, do you continue to take a multivit, or ohter sups? I am looking into getting the great pumps you are all tallking about. I was looking for some plans that have worked for other on NO2 before I start.

My experience has been the same. While I don' t think NO2 and the ' pump' does anything for me in a physological sense, it sure does in a psychological sense.

The same could be said for having a great workout tape. If it gets you feeling good, then you probably will do better, lift more weights.. which does do something for you.

So regardless of NO2' s or Nitric Oxide' s ACTUAL effects on muscle building, it' s my workout tape in a sense.

I' ve also heard TRAC by MHP is impressive.. but I' ve not personally tried or used it yet. It' s on the list for sure.

SportPharma came out with Nitroxide.. about $16.00 cheap then the rest and just as good... cool blue bottle as well!

Thumbs up to that!

Directions say to be off creatine, then take your no2 or nox2 (same things, different names by different companies) and then take your no2 or nox2.

It's not creatine. It's not a pro-hormone. It's just a volumizer, vessel expander, pump kinda deal.. that has little to no scientific research behind it.. pretty much a hype... that does have a nice effect of making you feel pumped and sometimes (mentally) stronger and more motivated.

Protein & Creatine have research. Unless you aren't a creatine responder. Those 2 supplements are worth the money.

NO2, NOX2, Nitroxide.. and such.. cool.. you might wanna try it for kicks. But don't expect any results. Not even the same category as the others.

I tried it.. liked it.. it was fun. But I'm not taking it now. I'm consistent with Creatine and Protein and real food.

Give it a shot. You might find it fun. But don't think you'll be huge in 2 weeks from the stuff. I'd say 99% other then feeling pumped, you won't notice a thing.
