OK, I set my walker aside so I could amble up and say "Hey."

I guess I should stop ignoring this thread...but to me, as Marc said in one of the first posts here, I believe age is a statistic, not a burden.  So being 63 (I'll be 64 in April), I don't feel or act my age.  I'm having the time of my life pushing my younger training partner(s) around the gym as we hit the weights each morning.

Bottom line is this:  Old Navy Has Not Peaked!  I still have a ways to go.  LOL

Hello to all,

Started weight training in Sept. 06,after taking a 20year break...wife,children, etc... I'm 41 (42 in April) and most of you "old timers" IMPRESS me quite a bit.  I think I will keep on reading your comments and suggestions.

My big fight is getting the fat around the stomach area to go down.  Strenght is quite good,as far as I can evaluate,... Bench went up from 125 to 165(2x6reps), BB Curls from 35 to 65(2X6reps). But it seems that the 2300-2500 calories per day are catching up with my gut.  I know I need more cardio.

So my question: Do you any of you guys and gals have any typical daily food menus that you prefer and how do you add any supplements(creatine,protein,tribulus...) if any into all this

Thank's for any insights
