Hello to all, Started weight training in Sept. 06,after taking a 20year break...wife,children, etc... I'm 41 (42 in April) and most of you "old timers" IMPRESS me quite a bit. I think I will keep on reading your comments and suggestions. My big fight is getting the fat around the stomach area to go down. Strenght is quite good,as far as I can evaluate,... Bench went up from 125 to 165(2x6reps), BB Curls from 35 to 65(2X6reps). But it seems that the 2300-2500 calories per day are catching up with my gut. I know I need more cardio. So my question: Do you any of you guys and gals have any typical daily food menus that you prefer and how do you add any supplements(creatine,protein,tribulus...) if any into all this Thank's for any insights Hemmi
