I would recommend Sci Fit Kre-Alkalyn only because the guy at the store who knew what he was talking about said they best mono creatine product they had was SciFit's Kre-Alkalyn, they also had Kreation there, but he never mentioned anything about it.

i took kre alkayln, apsolute crapp, didnt really see any results from it, i heard eating 2 teaspoons of honey before workout gives u pumps!!!

I have heard from others that it is a waste of money, but also heard from others that it works great. I guess I will see for myself, and after the bottle wether or not i liked it will continue or jump to a traditional micronized creatine monohydrate.

k this is gunna sound weaksauce, but i used kre-alkyln for 2 weeks. i had never taken anything before. soo i did same excersis i did before, i was never big on working out and im still young and i used to rep like 115, and then after i started back working out within 1 week i was repping 135 which was very impressive for me.

I also heard Kre-Alkalyn doesn't mess up your liver, like other creatines, is this correct?

i dont think that guy has any idea of what hes talking about if he said kre-alkalyn is their best mono. sounds like a gnc worker trying to get a commission

i'm gonna go ahead and tell you to try an ethyl ester formula....i had stomach problems with mono and ethyl-ester works like a charm so far...

It was actually from VitaminShoppe and it wasn't for commision.....Why are your opinions so strong against Kre-Alkalyn? Just curious.

Day3 on Kre-Alkalyn and no complaints, I've been following the directions and having a lot of water, no bloating, I do notice my muscles are a little more fuller, rounder, and overall I look a little little bit bigger, now this is my first mono creatine supp so I don't know how it compares to others, but so far I'm pretty pleased with it. Can't wait for weeks into it.

im totally against kre-alkalyn because theres no science behind it, and i feel that how the hell is 1g of soda ash and mono just as effective as 10g of mono? it just doesnt add up.

Lol, yeah I understand your very much against Kre-Alkalyn but for 20 bucks I figured why not just give it a shot....However I do have a question, if I dislike this product at the end of the bottle...Should i Cycle off before i buy micornized creatine mono? And wait awhile? If I do not have to wait, should I go through the loading phase when i start the Micronized creatine mono? Or can I skip that since I was just on creatine?
