NO one is saying to give up anything you don't want to nor saying its outright bad..........just pointing out some facts.
I believe all the info against milk, but still do use it.........so I am doing so aware of the possible negativity. I don't stop whey nor some milk items by choice but that does not change the facts. We don't want to go on mad at the info just because we don't like what it says cuz it won't make it true or untrue, but we should just be open to it.....just incase we are wrong and the info is not......I hope that clears my point a bit more.
Like smokers who don't believe it will hurt them, does not make it any less true that it CAN, some people are just lucky.

No, I didn't mean it as an attack on anyone here!
I've considered their arguments, and I think they are without substantial merit.
But even if I did agree (which I don't), I'd be willing to poison myself!
I
do believe that livestock should be raised and slaughtered humanely. In the case of dairy cows, I think that they should be pastured, munching on real grass in the open air (or hay in the winter), not administered unnecessary exogenous substances (including bGH), and should allow nature to have her way with them, or at least as much as she can for the animals we have bred.
BTW, if you've never had milk from a pastured cow, you've just never had milk. Whenever I can lay my hooves on it, there's this stuff produced by an Amish cooperative that has grass-fed cows and is low-heat pasteurized and non-homogenized. It's heaven. You'll NEVER drink industrial agriculturally produced milk again!!!
