What is in these fat burners that actually burns fat? Are they not just pills loaded w/caffeine? Caffeine can decrease appetite and increase energy.. isn't that what all these diet pills and fat burners claim to do? It sounds like you can just drink a cup of tea or coffee and feel the same effects.

Instead, they rely and are based on science. Please read the write-up's on each of them to see for yourself at the Designer Supplements website. www.designersupps.com

Can it be stacked with xceed during bulking to keep body fat down or even reduce it? I have only been bulking, I do not really go though a cutting phase because I am fairly lean and the only area that needs to reduce fat is around my waist. My only goals are to gain muscle and size and I'm just wondering if melting point will do anything for me at this stage.

Yes, if you're trying to bulk up, then MP will definitely help keep fat gain to a minimum. I would try 3, no more than 4 caps a day for a lean bulk. If you were to full dose, I would imagine it would be rather difficult to gain any weight whatsoever.

I just saw Avaric's post, and didn't think about it, but would it be good to take a Tribulus or Test booster while cutting?? It would make since, but doesn't Test help boost your musclebuilding??

hang on, we didnt establish if this guy even works out, or is following a proper diet etc... My opinion, start training properly and eating properly and save your self some money on all the thermogenics. Trust me, you can do just as easy naturally

IM planning on getting the DS cutting stack also. My diet will be the standard 5-6 meal and all that. What other supps should i continue using while on the stack? As of right now im planning on still doing whey pre workout and casein post and later on in the day? Is this ok? Will this possibly slow down or make the stack not as potent?

IMO you should drop the Casein post workout, you need fast digesting whey post workout.. Casein is a blend which is slow digesting, that is why it is better to have through out the nigh..

You could continue to take your "basic" type supplements such as whey, creatine, multi vitamin, etc while on the DS cutting stack. Also, you want whey protein post workout, but the casein later in the day in between meals and at night before bed is perfectly fine.

Rufio.. Are you the newbie to the weights that posted a little while ago.. How long have you been working out? I could have swore you just started, but if you didn't just start, disregard.. If you did just start, don't jump into the supplement world quite yet.. Get your body going on diet and regular exercise, then supplement...

wooh bro, No im not new to bodybuilding. Ive been lirfting for a year and a half now, but really seriously lifting since July. Ive been taking creatine for a couple of months now, but i havent had any whey for a long time, and when i was taking it i wasnt serious about lifting and infrequent in it... so yeah. I wouldnt say im jumping into the supplement world. now is there any chace you could answer the original question? In reply to 40 yard, Im not sure exactly if im going to take them all or not, Im thinking of just getting MP and BC, unless anyone thinks i should take them all. why?
