You have quoted NO evidence from any valid sources for an accurate study on the effects of Creatine on bone loss.  I know how smart you think you are, but you are by no means a published expert in the field.  Sorry.  You are wrong.

BigAss,
You have done nothing this whole time but spout your own rhetoric like it's gospel.  You are not an expert here in anything but your own nonsense.  Go play with yourself since you seem to love you so much because we are all sick and tired of reading your 49 oh so wisdom-filled posts.  If we are all idiots then go to bodybuilding.com and hang out with the educated.  See if they put up with your immigrant ass.

I for one would first like to mention that you guys have given me a great laugh tonight. Ur hilarious. Secondly, not trying to bash anybody, but I've never heard of creatine being damaging to ur bones. Don't see how it could be, it's naturally found in skeletal muscle tissue. (so I read) Just that extended use without enough water may damage the kidneys. And I mean REALLY extended use.

Quoting someone on any subject is not conclusive proof of anything, nor is depending on a single study to prove your point of the argument as gospel.

You need to understand that tests and studies are carried out each and every day, all over the world, with each study often having differing conclusions.

If I remember correctly the last claim was "Multi-vitamin supplementaion causes prostate cancer".....

Now whether is not this is true is irrelevant. The fact is, it's a "boy who cried wolf" scenerio. If ever there's something to truthful to scream about, everyone takes it with a pinch of salt and sweeps it under the carpet with the rest of the past news which is equally outlandish.

There's way too much bullshit floating around without having to quote people as a grounds for argument, no matter who the person may be. If you are going to argue a topic, know your topic.

Don't bank your eggs in someone elses basket.

You guys really should listen to BigAce. He doesn't post things unless he really knows what he is talking about. You see his mom is a doctor and she tells him the inside information. Things such as creatine is poison, whey protein is just chopped up steak, potatoes are equivalent to snicker candy bars, president Bush has dictatorship controll over the US and the world and America was discovered by Columbus in 1957. He's very, very, very educated as is his entire family.

Again, I saw nothing in BigAss's post about an actual study done on humans, more one person's experiences, which, though very nice conversation material, do not in any way reflect the accurate results of a double-blind study.  If rat physiology is so much different from our own why conduct animal testing at all?  I would trust any true scientific study over anecdotal drivel any day.
