I haven't maxed out in a while.  These numbers are pretty close though.  I'm 5'6" 193lbs with about 8% bf.  I'm a bodybuilder, not powerlifter.  No gear.

Deadlift - 442lbs --- 565lbs X 1
full squat - 310lbs --- 405 X 8
dumbbell row - 142lbs x 17 X --- 125 X 25
hammer strength power shrug - 320lbs x 17 --- (no hammer strength) --- 495 X 8
standing calf raise - 507lbs x 17 --- don't know
standing strict press - 150lbs --- 185 X 6
push press - 200lbs --- Don't know
power curl - 191lbs x 4 --- Don't know power curl; dumbell curl 80s X 6
close grip bench press - 177lbs x 6 --- 225 X 10
rope crunch - 270lbs x 13 --- don't know
dumbbell side bend - 142lbs x 10 --- don't know
pull ups - bodyweight x 4 --- haven't done body weight in a while --- do them with weight belt (45 lbs plate attached) 8-10 reps.  Last time I did just body weight I got 27.

and the pushpress is a joke.. for all those strength feats and t 6'5 inches tall u should be pressing and benchig A LOT MORE but at that height im sur eu had a HUGE effin wing span that makes no difference u needa go heavy on triceps and ur chest then... good lifts tho.. ill tell u if i was effin 6'5 WHHOO it would of been easier being recruited to college

Um, explain how height doesnt make a difference when doing pushing exercises? If my arms are 6" longer than yours than means I need to go down an extra 6" to complete an rep. Just because someone is taller doesnt mean they should be strong. It is much easier for a short person to bulk up and than a tall person, especially a younger person.  It obviously makes it harder and the same can be said for squats.

Baseball, I'm in your boat on this one.  I know I've got an advantage b/c I'm short.  I don't have nearly as far to push/pull the weight.  Taller people have a much larger range of motion.

When I gain five pounds, it looks like more than if someone 6'5" gains it (I'm 5'6").  Younger, tall or short will have the potential to gain more muscle because of hormone levels.

Tall people can get stronger and craploads heavier-with enough training.

The taller you are the more you have to lift the weight to perform a whole rep.
However due to your bones being thicker, denser and stronger due to that height, and more muscle being able to be packed on, you can get extremely strong and big being taller.

I agee taller people can get just as strong and have potential to be big, it is just more difficult in comparison. I weigh nearly 250lbs and must take in almost 5000 calories a day to maintain my weight and I am pretty thin. Its hard to eat 5000+ clean calories a day to gain.

I dont think tall people have bigger bones, I think bulky people have larger bones and height is irrelevant. I remember somebody talking about having a 9 1/2" wrist and being like 5'7". My wrist is only like 7 1/2".

i know your short but these are still impressive numbers regardless, especially being without using roids - how long have you been training? an 27 pull ups is awesome, have you tried one arms?

as far as bone structure goes, personally i have big hands, feet, rib cage, hips, an skull, but wrist is only 7in something - i was very weak to start of with

up 6lb since i started this thread, 245lbs now thanks to peanut butter jelly sandwiches haha

Yeah, I've done one arms.  I don't like them as much as loading the weight up on them.  It's probably just because I havn't done them much but they just feel unsteady.

<----That's me!! I've been training for right about 4 1/2 years now.

Hey, I hit a new personal record!!!  I went up to 1350+/- (I don't know what the rack weighed) on leg press.  I got it for six.  I had someone sitting up on top of the rack.  After I got six, he jumped down and I got three more!!

barbell, I can't wait to get home to get a video and post it up here.

kong, I'm stuck at my weight again (193lbs).  I'll get stuck for a bit and then jump up.  It seems like no matter what I eat, I'm spinning my wheels...

Agree mostly, remember size isnt everything, your bones might be denser and therefore stronger.

Im 6ft and have 7" wrists, and they look small.

I dont think 7" is a average females though, unless your american women are very butch LOL.
Roughly id say most of the girls/women i know have on average 5 1/2-6" wrists if you exclude any fat (which you should do anyway)

Good lifts for being 16 the only thing i'm confused about is that you only bench 40 lbs more then your millitary press that is weird but that means you must have some intense shoulder's any pics

He's right, I have 6 1/4" wrists (just lost 1/4" off of them recently) and they are considered big. I still can't find bracelets that fit correctly.

thought it be cool to give a update on lifts, be cool for others to do also, like to know how everyones doing

deadlift - 180kg/397lb x 8
squat - 140kg/309lb x 10
front squat - 100kg/220lb x 11
close grip bench press - 105kg/231lb x 1
standing strict press - 71.5kg/157lbs x 1
dumbbell bench press - 38kg/84lb each hand x 10
dumbbell shrugs - 81kg/179lb each hand x 15
one arm dumbbell row - 73kg/161lb x 10
dumbbell side bend - 63kg/139lb x 20
weighted crunch (declined bench) - 40kg x 22
rack pull from top of knee - 265kg/584lb x 3
grippers - hg400 x 4 left / 14 right
>still not using a belt<

im pretty positive right now, still got a wrist injury an overhead is still worthless, think i can actually get 75-80kg though - im gaining strength all the time, weights up to 257lb, an i think im on track for my goals..looking back to about a year an half ago, ive put roughly 105kg/231lb on my deadlift, so although im nowhere close to strong enough now, i think my rate of progression is good

most people dont do squats to be honest about it, but if they do both deads an squats, deads are usually more but not by much

Most people that do deadlifts also do squats, but neither are performed by many. I workout with my schools powerlifting team a lot and go to a lot of meets, and most people squat a little more than they can deadlift and the ones that dead mroe than they squat it is still only a small difference of 5-20 lbs.

I persolly squat 10 lbs more than I can deadlift. But I'll believe you can deadlift 132 lbs more than you squat. Do you avoid doing squats or something?

thats with gear though, you get much more from gear when squatting, deadlift is usually more if you lift raw -some have more on the bar, but they do half squats, not squats

i dont avoid squatting at all, completely the op actually, i have 30 inch thighs at the biggest point (see pic), i just happen to have long legs so im bad at it - my conventional deadlift is now 225kg, back squat is 180kg (140kg x 10, 100kg x 25, front squat 145kg), so its about 100lbs
