weight today 179.5 im not going to do the huge labeling like i did before good workout after being out for a month with tendonitis in my knees from over squatting diet looked like so Workout today was chest incline bb press 135x10, 155x6, 155x5 bb bench 135x10 for 3 sets (i was exhausted already) decline hammer machine 3 sets, then a 3 drop strip set incline flys 30x12 for 3 sets the cytogainer taste amazing, i was shocked, i love it. my diet looked like so im looking for about 1.5 pounds per week, To maintain I need about 3000 calories, so getting a little over 500 extra a week should give me at least a pound Totals 3547 fat 106 carbs 457 protein 208

work today no workout chest is pretty sore, but im happy about that got my paycheck for the week. 90 bucks. dont even work at a grocey store, the pay is pathetic, plus the child labor laws restrict me from having more then 20 hours a week, even though ive only been getting 15

a little update for yall? well friday my buddy and i did legs and shoulders, and damn was that a tough one. we can both get up 275 on squat, but we decided to do high reps low weight for a change. That ended up being our one exercise for legs because they were cooked. Im still sore as hell today. Squats 135x20, 185x15, 205x12 FEEL THE BURNNNNNN BABY Military Press (behind the neck on the lighter sets) 135x12, 155x10, 155x8 dropped to 145x3 dropped to 115x3 dropped to 95x5, we both were almost crying during the set. dumbell lateral raises 25x12, 30x12, 30x12 nothing special, i just wanted to teach him how to do them from here we were going to go to the cybex leg press, the funky one that pivots insted of going on a fixed plane, he was too tired, and as soon as i got my leg up i felt my hamstring tighten up, so we said no way to that and did some calves standing calf raises 300x15, 400x15, 400x12 SLOW, long stretch at bottom, 10 second contraction at top followed by going down at a negitive speed. seated calf raises 3 platesx15, 4 platesx10, 4x10 drop 3x5 drop 2x6 drop 1x12 DAMN THAT BURNS saturday i had work, no workout today there will be no workout because i have the flu :(

no workout today still have the flu what has my diet been so far today? 8 oz of water and a little breakfast biscuit which is 400 calories its 4 pm right now. I know im going to lose a lot of weight :( a few weeks of hardwork down the drain like that
