What makes you think I am........Some people are considered deceptively strong-well I consider myself deceptively weak.  I tell people in the gym "I am alot weaker than I look" Smile For example 225 for 6-8 is about all I can mange in the bench , 45 DB curls for 6-8 etc.  If I got discouraged by being outlifted in the gym I would have quit a long time ago  LOL.  I use the weights solely as tools to build my physigue. Plus I have been consistently training for over 20 years.  You do ANY ACTIVITY for that long of a time you will get results-

Thanks for the feedback!

Our upper body strength is just about equal. .I was talking about full body wise you defenently have me.. Your lower back must be your strong point cause your deadlifts are really nice Smile I didnt look to see what you squat but im sure thats just as good as your deadlifts.. I havent trained my lower back and legs very long I hope to just achieve your level or maybe a tad bit higher.

I love those guns man. Do you mind me asking how old you are? I think you said something about being in your 40's?

Weight is hovering around 203-205. I would like to break under 200 by final pics but we will see. Going to continue with low carbs until Thursday and than a moderate carb up. Overall I am very pleased with the last seven weeks and doing the challenge is going to help me immensely in peaking properly for a few shows I have planned for June. In the past I never started my diet "in shape" so the early start I have from the DS challenge is really going to help. Win, Lose or Draw I have accomplished what I wanted to do!

Im not so sure about that last back picture you took... I mean it looks like you increased some size and definition in the deltoids but why does it look like your traps flattend out?  It looks like they slowly dissapeared... I think maybe it was the shot and the way you posed.. But the last picture I cant see any traps at all..

It had to have been the way that you were flexing...

Well the DS contest is over but I figured I would keep the log going. Results of the contest will be found in the April issue of Intelligent Design magazine.  Please check it out
www.intelligentdesignmag.com

Still Planning on doing a show in the early summer.  Just got a major project at work that will have me working 10-12 hr days for awhile so lets hope I can keep it together

I really like that last picture you posted.  God damn though your arms and rear delts look so well defined..

That is totally my goal physique.  I probably have to gain alot more since im 6'1 though.

NJMUSCLE i wasnt paying too close attention to your routine but what do you prefer?

10 - 15 reps moderate weight increase the weight through out the month..

Or

6 - 8 reps high weight increase the weight when you can.

I was just wondering what you typically prefer as far as your rep range goes.

I actually don't stick to one rep range-usually train all three ranges in a workout.  first exercise might be 4-6 reps than another exercise at say 8-10 and than 12-15.  Or I might start with 12-15 and work backwards etc.  Always keep the body guessing
