alright i forgot to post stuff again this week, so i'll do what i did last week. this week i will post regularly again. Week 18 Date - 4/29/07 Muscle Group - Legs Date - 5/2/07 Muscle Group - Pull Date - 5/4/07 Muscle Group - Push Date - 5/5/07 HIIT i was supposed to start cutting last week but that didn't work out so i am starting this week. I'll be doing HIIT according to this 8 week cycle PS. fitday doesn't have HIIT as an activity, but they have sitting on the toilet...wtf?!

-- Start of Week 19 -- Date - 5/6/07 I didn't lift today because my ankles are still sore (notice that i'm posting this on tuesday) from the HIIT cardio i did on saturday. i forgot that last time i did any runing i weighed 20 lbs. less then i do now.

Date - 5/9/07 Start Time - 5:40 AM End Time - 6:15 AM Muscle Group - Pull Barbell Row 95x8 95x8 95x8 Wide Grip Pullups 5 4 3 Low Row Machine 140x6 140x6 Barbell Curl 65x7 75x5 65x6 Hanging Knee Lifts 13 11 10 i couldn't do deadlift because someone was in the squat rack, so i went over and did biceps and abs then i ran out of time cus i had to leave and get ready for school. i finally remembered to do abs. i'm usually too exhausted to do them.

Date - 5/11/07 Start Time - 5:40 AM End Time - 6:15 AM Muscle Group - Push Barbell Bench 175x5 175x4 175x3 165x7 Barbell Incline Bench 135x7 135x5 135x4 Skull Crushers 65x8 65x8 65x7 i think my shoulders need a rest, each set got worse today. they didn't hurt they just gave out easily.
