o well thats not that bad, but did the fat u have come fast or did it take awhile? also, i was thinking about bulking until am at around 18% but im not sure how i'll look, how do u look now? like heavy at all or still pretty lean?

Date - 1/26/07 Start Time - 5:40 AM End Time - 6:10 AM Muscle Group - Shoulders Military Press 75x8 85x6 85x5 Barbell Upright Row 65x10 75x6 75x6 Barbell Shrugs 115x8 115x8 115x8 well on the exercises i actually did i felt good and a little stronger, but the gym was just a little bit more crowded and everybody was using the rear delt machine so i had to skip that

-- End of Week 4 -- Date - 1/27/07 Start Time - 7:54 AM End Time - 8:15 AM Muscle Group - Biceps, Triceps, Abs DB Curls (weight listed is in each hand) 35x7 35x7 35x6 Barbell Curl 75x6 75x6 75x6 Close Grip Bench 135x8 145x6 145x6 Skull Crushers 65x8 65x8 65x9 Didn't have time to do abs today at the gym but i'll do some later today. i hate the cold wind here, as soon as i get out of the car it takes all the body heat right out of me and my first few sets suck becuase i can't get blood flowing. today i felt a little weaker on the biceps stuff but that's ok.

Date- 1/30/07 Start Time - 5:45 AM End Time - 6:15 AM Muscle Group - Back Barbell Row 85x8 85x7 85x7 Wide Grip Pull-ups 4 4 4 Deadlift 135x5 135x5 135x5 Wide Grip Pulldown 120x10 135x6 120x9 i think someone at my gym is stealing equipment because a few days ago i was looking for the things you do hanging knee lifts with and i couldn't find them(thers only like 2 places where they could be) and they were still gone today. and today the v-bar attachment was missing so i had to do widegrip pulldowns which i hate because i tend to use my arms more than my back. i had a little scab from DL last week and i forgot about it this morning and i ripprd it pen and had to go clean up my leg so i didn't get blood all over the bar, lol.

Date - 1/31/07 Start Time - 5:45 AM End Time - 6:20 AM Muscle Group - Chest, Calves Barbell Bench 165x7 165x6 165x5 165x5 Barbell Incline Bench 135x8 145x5 135x6 Seated Calf Raise 80x10 90x7 90x7 Hanging Knee Lift 12 10 10 every week i'm getting just a few reps stronger on bench, which is kind of cool because i was stuck for so long. my calves are finally getting stringer, too!!! i went ahead and threw in some ab stuff just because i had a 2-hour delay today so i wasn't in a hurry.

alright heres my new meal plan i said i would have up a week ago. Post-W/O (6:10 - 6:30 AM) 8oz OJ 1.5 scoops whey Sub-Total: 290cal, 0 fat, 26 carb, 38 pro. Breakfast (7:00 AM) Egg beaters on english muffins(2) 1 Whole eggs 2 egg white Sub-Total: 435cal, 5 fat, 46 carb, 38 pro. School (9:15 AM) homemade protein bar Sub-Total: 317cal, 12 fat, 25 carb, 27 pro. Scool-Lunch (10:40 AM) 2 Peanut butter sandwich Sub-Total: 650cal, 32 fat, 82 carb, 36 pro. School (12:30 PM) homemade protein bar Sub-Total: 317cal, 12 fat, 25 carb, 27 pro. After School (2:45 PM) ~ 9 oz. chicken breast Brown rice Sub-Total: 385cal, 3 fat, 46 carb, 44 pro. Evening (5:00 PM) Tuna - two 3oz. pouch 4 slices bread Sub-Total: 620cal, 11 fat, 76 carb, 58 pro. Evening (7:00 PM) turkey sandwich Sub-Total: 300cal, 4 fat, 38 carb, 31 pro. Before Bed (8:00 PM) 1 scoop ON 100% casein Sub-Total: 120cal, 1 fat, 0 carb, 24 pro. TOTALS: 3434 calories, 80g fat, 362g carbs, 325g protein I hate my new eating schedule, meals are too infrequent and i can't eat as much anymore in school. i know the protein seems insane, but alot of it is from bread. only 211g of it is lean protein like meat, whey, and PB. For anyone reading this please critique this if you think there i something wrong with it.

DL felt better and i finally went up a little bit on weight. i thought i would do alot worse than normal on the curls (because i usually don't do them on back day) but i actually didn't feel much weaker. PS. as you can see i changed the way i post my workout a little bit, that other way was getting on my nerves.
