o well thats not that bad, but did the fat u have come fast or did it take awhile? also, i was thinking about bulking until am at around 18% but im not sure how i'll look, how do u look now? like heavy at all or still pretty lean?

kind of inbetween, i wouldn't say that i'm "fat", but i'm certainly not as lean as vegSmile  ideally when bulking i want to make my BF lower since 17% on someone who weighs 140 is alot less fat then on someone who weighs 170.  my body fat doesn't change much, i can keep it around 16%-18% pretty easily.

Squats felt better even though i'm barely using any weightSmile  i was going parallel thoughSmile  my calves are finally getting a little stronger.  i started taking a bottle of OJ with me in the car so i could drink it immediately PWO, well that's no good if my mom is 20 minutes late to pick me up from the gym!  it's not really her fault, she was doing me a favor by taking me to the gym.  i just get sick of having to rely on other people, bt that's just how it is.

when going through my room today, i found that i still have about 250g of creatine mono left over from a few monthes ago.  i stopped using it because i wasn't getting any results, but it turns out it was because i wasn't taking it at the right times of daySmile so i think i might start a cycle on tuesday.

i think someone at my gym is stealing equipment because a few days ago i was looking for the things you do hanging knee lifts with and i couldn't find them(thers only like 2 places where they could be) and they were still gone today.  and today the v-bar attachment was missing so i had to do widegrip pulldowns which i hate because i tend to use my arms more than my back.  i had a little scab from DL last week and i forgot about it this morning and i ripprd it pen and had to go clean up my leg so i didn't get blood all over the bar, lol.

i think i'm th only person in the world who hates snow-days.  we got some snow today and it actually sucks because now i have nothing to do today.  i gess i could stay on the computer and post stuff all day.Smile  i hope i can find enough food here, since i wasn't planning on being here all day there probably isn't as muc food for me in the house.

i bought some ON 100% Casein last night in replace of muscle milk and i have to say it tastes like crap.  it has way too much sucralose in it.Smile  i can't wait until tomorrow cus i start lifting again!Smile  i'm starting to get fat now and it's pissing me off.  i also found out this morning that my upper back sucks ass.

I think i should have taken it easy today but instead i tryed to just do my normal workout as if i hadn't taken a week off.  and my hamstrings were locking up and it was hard to do the leg curls.  i keep working on squats with lighter weight and going as low as i can, not exactly a2g, just a little below parallel.

i picked the worst week to take a week off.  i posted that i'm changing my split to sunday/wednesday/friday, well today is wednesday and guess what...it got all snowy and icy overnight and now i'm stuck at home all day and i might get to the gym really late today, instead of my normal 5:30AM.Smile   so now not only will i be weaker from a week off, but also because i always have bad workouts when i go during the day.

now that i am done complaining...somehow i managed to have my body fat drop a little bit.  w/o working out???

it felt really good to finally get back to the gym.  suprisingly, today was one of the best back days i've ever had.  DL felt better and i finally went up a little bit on weight.  i thought i would do alot worse than normal on the curls (because i usually don't do them on back day) but i actually didn't feel much weaker.

PS. as you can see i changed the way i post my workout a little bit, that other way was getting on my nerves.
