Stats Update -- End of Week 2 Weight - 171 lbs. (+ 1lb*) BF - 16.5% (- .5%*) LBM - 142.785 lbs. (+ 1.685 lbs*) Fat Weight - 28.215 lbs. (- .685 lbs*) *Change from begining stats BF down, LBM up...is this a dancng pickle moment?...hellz yeah

-- Start of Week 3 -- Today is an off day and i'm not even going to post my workout from ysterday because i only did 3 sets then i left. i haven't had one of those "bad day" things in a long time, but i did yesterday. not sure why but i just felt weak and tired and un-focused.

Date - 1/16/07 Start Time - 5:35 AM End Time - 6:10 AM Muscle Group - Back Wide Grip Pull-ups 5 4 3 Close Grip Pull-downs 135x8 135x8 135x7 Deadlift 135x6 135x7 135x5 Row Machine 135x8 135x8 I still felt a little wierd today, hopefully tommorow i'll be back to normal. i learned a lesson today, ALWAYS DO DEADLIFT LAST!. i was too exhausted to do anything else afterwards. i think i'm right about the deadlift thing being a on/off in terms of me liking it, because today i didn't like it at all.

Date - 1/17/07 Start Time - 5:40 AM End Time - 6:15 AM Muscle Group - Chest, Calves Barbell Bench 155x8 165x5 165x5 165x3 Incline Barbell Bench 135x6 135x6 135x7 Standing Calf Raise 135x8 135x8 Seated Calf Raise 80x8 80x8 Chest day is once again my favorite workout. my bench is getting consistently stronger every week. i'm not going to max out again until i can do at least 175x5 for 3 sets.

I was trying to figure out what my goals are going to be when i start cutting in a few monthes. assuming i reach my goal of 180 lbs, and the way it's going i will probably have about 16% BF, which means my LBM would be 151.2 and BFM would be 28.8 (this is where algebra is actually used!) i did a little guess and check thing with this, but if i lost about 15 lbs, almost all of it being fat,then my BFM would be 13.8 and my total body weight would be 165 lbs. so that means i would be at about 8.36% BF, which sounds good, but that might be a little too optimistic.

-- End of Week 3 -- Date - 1/20/07 Start Time - 7:40 AM End Time - 8:25 AM Muscle Group - Biceps, Triceps, Abs DB curl (weight listed is in each hand) 35x8 40x6 40x5 --> 30x3 EZ-bar Curl 65x9 65x7 65x7 Close Grip Bench 135x8 145x5 145x5 Skull Crushers 65x8 65x8 65x7 Hanging Knee Lift 12 10 10 Today was a good workout...except for the fact that it was about 25 minutes after the end of my workout until i got my shake and banana, but then when i got home, there were no more bananas! i had to wait so long because my dad is getting serious about running again and he needed to saty long enough to run 6 miles, so i ended up waiting in the car for like 20 minutes. felt kind of stupid but i had nothing else to do. from now on i'm going to bring a banana with me in the car so if that happens at least i'll get my PWO sugar

i always pre-mix my shake before i go to the gym and i also bring a cup of grape juice w/ me for carbs postwo. that way if anything were to happen, car wont start, etc, i can still get my nutrients i need

i'm going to try to rearrange my back routine based on stuff i figured out through mistakes. basically i have 4 exercises: pull-ups,pull-downs,barbell rows,deadlift. i can't do deadlift before rows because it makes my back to tired to support the weight. if i do deadlift last then i'm too tired for that. and i can't do pulldowns before pull-ups because pull-ups are harder. soooo.....how does this sound? 3x8 - barbell row 3x? - pull-ups (either wide grip or underhand) 4x5 - deadlift 3x8 - pull-downs (either wide grip or close grip) next week i'm going to try it that way

hey for ur meals u say u have 3 peanut butter sandwhiches a day. do u use all natural peanut butter? also r u an endomorph ectomorph or mesomorph?

well i was eating 3 a day, and yes it was natural peanut butter and whole wheat bread. that's changed now because of my schedule change in school i have a different lunch shift so my eating schedule is messed up. i'm gonna try to make some homemdade protein bars so i can eat them quick in between classes and stuff. i should have a new meal plan posted before monday. i'm not sure what body type i am, but i know i'm not ecto, i know i'm not meso, process of elimination, endomorph. but not really really endo, i'm only about 17% body fat right now
