I've have some measurements also. I'll compare these in a few month times. Measurements on the left are mine, while the right ones are the "ideal" ones taken off BBLex. I also lost another 0.5kg, so I'm down to 53.5kg while was what I was last December, ahh!! Smile.

                                       Mine L/R                        Ideal
Neck:                                 36.0cm                        34.0cm
Biceps:                           27.0cm/27.0cm                 32.0cm
Forearm:                         25.5cm/25.0cm                 26.6cm
Chest:                            86.5cm                            88.7cm
Waist:                            72.0cm                            66.6cm
Hip:                                81.0cm                           79.9cm
Thigh:                             48.0cm/48.0cm                48.0cm
Calf:                               34.0cm/33.5cm                32.0cm

My Thigh was bigger a few months ago, but since I stopped working out on squats due to knee injury, they since have "shrunk".

Looking good. And you'll love the scale for measuring your food. One of the best purchases I ever made. (Dan made me do it!).

i used to look like this.

Youre lean man, really lean-thats good, keep it going, time is the only enemy, and that enemy is constantly moving, and eventually it will be your best friend.

Just give it time and you will be big.

I only used my friends to get an estimate of how much for example was in a cup, half a plate etc, and the amount I had eaten (which I thought may have been undereating) was actually pretty close. So basically I only measured to get some confirmation, but other than that, I don't think I'll be purchasing any scales for the moment. They're bit too expensive.

I don't know if I'm that lean as you put it, lol. It could be because of the lighting. But I'm sure I'm not as lean as you are as you said you were like 6-10% and I doubt I'm that close. I actually had a few different versions, and I must say the lighting makes a big difference. Hopefully in a few months time, I'll make enough change for me to post a much better looking of me! Smile

BTW, twisted do you know what's the reason for the pimples developing on my back? I have hardly any pimples on my face etc now except just my back, and it's annoying.

One last question, lol. I seem to have very bad back posture, and recently I've been trying to sit up straight but I find it hard to do it for a period, and it feels awkard. Could my abdominals also play a role in this? But I'm assuming it would be minor. I'm wondering because I seem to be struggling with crunches, and haven't progressed very well. I might for the moment encorporate some light back exercises, as I do not want to do squats/deadlifts with my knee pain still occuring.

pimples developing on back could be many things, it happens to teenagers late teens from simple hormones, or it could be from being a heavy bed sweater which makes the back spotty.

Id say youre definitely no higher than 11% Bodyfat.

I just bought some calipers. Anyways I tried using the Jackson/Pollock 7
Caliper Method
and i get 5.9%. If I use the 3 fold, I get 4.29%. Anyways, I'll try to post the actual skinfold measurement up sooner or later.
