11th Jan 07 Day 20 Ate diet as normal. Routine: Shoulders/legs Seated Shoulder press 17.5kg 3x6, 20kg 1x6 Shoulder Shrugs 25kg 4x6 Dumbbell Side Raises 10kg 4x6 Squats 70kg 4x6 Stiff leg deadlifts 60kg 4x6 Standing calve raises each leg 45kg
