Ate diet as normal.
ROutine:
Back/bi's
Deadlifts     4x6  50kg
Bent over rows    25kg each hand
Close grip underhand chins    4x6
Barbel Bicep Curls   32.5kg 2x6, 27kg 2x6
Standing Hammer curls   15kg 4x6
Two Arm Bicep Curls -

Ate diet as normal.
Routine:
Shoulders/legs
Seated Shoulder press   17.5kg 3x6, 20kg 1x6
Shoulder Shrugs   25kg 4x6
Dumbbell Side Raises    10kg 4x6
Squats  70kg 4x6
Stiff leg deadlifts  60kg 4x6 
Standing calve raises  each leg 45kg

Ate diet as normal
Routine:
Chest/tri's
Dumbbell bench press   20kg 4x6
Dumbbell Incline bench press 20kg 2x6 then failed last 2sets due to shoulder pain
Dumbbell Chest Flys   -failed due to shoulder pain
Close grip bench press  -
V bar pushdown  60kg 4x6
Dips  4x6 with 20kg ontop
