Okay I am going to start training again on Monday of next week.. Thats right 10 days is almost up!! wohoo that didnt take long at all!! My plan is for most bench's im going to use dumbells.. I think it was the barbells that injured me.. I may still use barbells for my incline though.

If you think the barbells did the injury, test your theory out by avoiding them all together. Otherwise, you'll never have a chance of knowing!

Dumbells will ALWAYS kick your ass. Seriously. I always have to go down in weight if I just change an exercise by replacing barbell with dumbell. Not at all unusual. I wouldn't fuss too much about the weights: (1) I think you're going for muscle growth, so no biggie as long as the muscles keep growing; and (2) a 10 day lay off will bring a small decrease in strength, but is short enough that your strength will zoom back, so don't sweat it. Glad to hear that you're healed! That's tremendous news!!

Oh nvm I see from weeks back I have not done flat db press in months... So... That has to explain it... Before i only did decline for 2 sets 1 set 85 x 8 the other 95 x 8 That was a decline which makes it easier and I didnt do as many sets and reps so that I wouldnt tire out... So the next time I go to the gym Ill do 95lb DB's for 10 reps on the decline or Ill use a barbell with the usual 255

You wouldnt believe how pissed I was in the gym. Everything I grabbed felt lighter but my muscles got tired soo fast probably because of the break, I also felt like i was going to throw up.

(Well, maybe not the throwing up part--that just sometimes comes with working out hard). Yeah, you're nervous system will be firing up in no time.

Nah BF% isnt really changing much.. Im actually trying to clean bulk to the best of my capabilities.. Yeah its wierd man... My arms get so big is strange. I think they are just a little over 16 inches now. I got my chest a bit more up to speed.. I really need to work on this lat width though. I donno... Think I might start hitting my arms day again everytime i do they seem to grow so well.

Concerning the dumbbell bench press, You may be lifting less because your forearms get tired. I know when i used to do them without wrist straps, my forearms almost gave out on me when i was doing decline barbell presses. Also, when you do dumbbells, such as 90's, its like your doing 25-40 lbs. more on a barbell, but since you have to stabilize the weights more, you cannot do as much on the dumbbells. By the way, sick tattoos on your chest, i wanted to get one there but im still heavily debating it.
