Back day.. Sigh the endurance thing is killing me!!! My muscles Tire so fast so i decided to do only 5 reps now... I switched up my routine right in the middle of the work out. Rows machine with plates: 3 plates on each side x 8 3 plates + 25 each side single arm x 6 3 plates on each side x 6 Dumbell Bent Over Rows: 95 x 8 85 x 8 Cable Rows close grip: 150 x 5 160 x 5 170 x 5 190 x 5 Reverse grip Lat Pulls: 150 x 7 160 x 5 180 x 5 190 x 5 Preacher Curl Machine: 100 x 5 110 x 5 120 x 5 hammer curl: 45lb dbs x 5 50lb dbs x 5 60lb dbs x 5 60lb dbs x 3 Calithenics: Leg Lifts: 20 15 10 Weight in gym: 189lbs

Incline Press : 135 x 8 185 x 4 195 x 4 185 x 4 Decline Press : 205 x 5 265 x 5 255 x 5 Shoulder Shrugs : 225 x 6 275 x 5 315 x 5 335 x 5 <-I wrapped a towle around the barbell before i grabbed it to get a better grip-> Cable Cross Overs: 45 x 8 50 x 5 60 x 5 DB shoulder press machine: 205 x 8 215 x 5 235 x 5 I moved down my rep range moved up the weight. Im not sure if im getting stronger or not I never do a 4 - 5 rep range the whole time... It sure feels like im stronger though.

ARRRGGG!!! im starting to get angry im not increasing strength that fast err!! Anyways time to start hitting more weight!! Today is back day again A change of routines since im starting to feel an injury.. Im going to go every other day from now on and make it more intense! No weekends off though. Today is back day Ill throw my leg day in on thursday and saturday ill hit the bench again! Maybe on my leg day ill just go ahead and incorperate the shoulders too.

Its just not good enough.. I dont think im pushing as hard as i can.. I think its time to push it up another notch... Got to get all lat working routines above 200lbs. Im going to try to get the barbell bent over rows up to 225 or so... Squats need to be rep at atleast 255.. Going to have to up the bench too... Skull crushers Need to always be over 100lbs. I think a short term goal is going to be dont let anything go under 200lbs. I want my rep range between 200 - 300 lbs this 150 - 200lbs is garbage for my lats when my chest is pushing 250 - 300lbs.

I dont know what i was doing today... I Felt kind of weak.. Not use to 2 muscle groups in the same day. Got to switch back to my old routine. Or a 5 day routine. Incline Press: 135 x 8 185 x 6 185 x 5 Squats: 225 x 5 245 x 5 275 x 5 Shoulder Shrugs: 225 x 8 295 x 6 315 x 5 345 x 5 Straight Leg Deadlift: 205 x 8 225 x 5 255 x 5 Weighted Crunch Machine: 100 x 10 110 x 10 120 x 10 Body: 189lbs 10% BF possibly below.

Let me ask you this: when you had the benefit of exogenous T boosting your libido, did you wake up ten times in the middle of the night with persistent wood? Hard to sleep constantly tossing and turning. Back Acne, I wanted to have sex with my gf 3 times a day and it was hard not to look at an ass walking by.. I got wood one time in the morning and it didnt go away until I got to work! agression problems.. Increased appetite<-- which never went away though. Aye yeah your right I dont think they juice really helped all that much it was just an easy way to make the gains and keep them in a short amount of time.. THATS SO TRUE! its basically like I only really gained 15lbs in 5 - 6 months. 30 lbs in a year. actually 35 but hey close enough. I should easly be able to put on another 30lbs this year! Thanks Veg! That really made me feel better.. So basically instead of 3 months gaining 15lbs its going to take me 6 months.. But it really doesnt matter since it wont be a bunch of water weight and it will be harder denser muscle. Not to mention all i was ever doing is cutting off 3 months of training to just delay me for 3 months of natural gains due to the side affects it put on my normal test levels. Ohhh! Duh! Barbell Bent over rows: 135 x 10 185 x 8 205 x 6 135 x 10 Rows With plates Machine: 290 x 6 270 x 6 270 x 6 270 x 5 Cable Cross overs: 50 each side x 8 60 each side x 6 40 each side x 8 45 each side x 8 Close grip Cable Rows: 170 x 8 180 x 6 190 x 6 200 x 6 Leg Press: 360 x 8 450 x 6 540 x 5 590 x 5 Cable Curls: "Not sure what its called i curl it to the sides of my head with both arms at the same time" 80lb each arm x 6 70lb each arm x 6 50lb each arm x 8 I umm didnt weigh my self im going to assume im still 189 - 190lbs. Anyway i was kind of mad today i pushed my self a little harder not sure if my numbers went up I was not paying attention.

Hmmm Tough call, that one. I'd say your serratus look a bit more defined and your lats seem a little wider in the 190 pic, but I'm having a hard time judging the difference, to be honest. Of course, if we're only talking about a ten pound difference, and we're only looking at half the picture, that is to be expected. Either way, you've got clear vascular deifinition on the inside of your right arm -which leads me to believe the rest is not far behind. Just keep your bulking calories strictly clean and keep carving, and everything will be fine. I almost want to tell you to get all those sets up to the 10-12 rep range (even if you had to drop the poundages a bit), but you seem to know what you're doing.

hehe I actually had a little belly in that first picture and my face was bloated, that was about it... Well i was thinking while i clean bulked up.. Work on my upper chest and lat developement. My upper chest is majorly lagging.. Im very weak in that area too.. I mean not compared to most people but compared to what i push on a flat or decline its way off.. How about I work my 6 rep ranged to 10 reps.. ? Thats actually what i was shooting for the start of last week.. Or mid last week which ever it was.. Notice my numbers changed to 6 rep range.. Im actually trying to get them all to 8 - 10 rep range.. Im actually not trying that hard on my back.. I think ill put more effort into it now and hit the extra reps.. I ususually try to save my strength.

I forgot nothing under 200lbs. Well today was not a good day.. some stupid 40 year old woman dissrespected my friend yelled at him about taking a 45lb disk he didnt know it was hers it was sitting on the floor, he just didnt know any better since people always leave them around... I walked up to her and said "excuse me miss, i really dont like how you spoke to my friend.. He did not know it was your plate and that was a bit harsh" Her husband "6'2 180lbs probably 11 - 13%BF I sized him up" "I also noticed he is incredibly weak compared to me at everything" Anyways he says "Are you seriouse?!" then he gave me a look like he wanted to beat me up.. Then i was like are you seriouse!? who do you think you are! first off know how much weight you can push because i know what i can push and thats a hell of alot more then you can. Then he says "Look man were just here to work out" Then he looked down and she started lifting again and he didnt look back not even once.. I would know because i was starring at him the whole time. Oh well.. thats my gym anyways.. everyone there is my friends.. everyone is very nice to forget it.. I doubt he is going to come back anyways since he did get punked infront of his wife.. she is a **** i bet she even called him a pussy.

I a so stoked!! i put 20 lbs on the kid who i started training.. its been 4 months.. his strength has increased as well! God i wish i had before and afters of him.. he is 5'10 he was 165 now he is 185. his goal is to bulk to 200lbs then cut to 185 to 190.. right now he is about 14% BF Anyways! Barbell Rows: 135 x 10 185 x 8 205 x 8 <-- I knew i could!!! 145 x 8 Row Machine with plates: 270 x 8 270 x 8 160 single arm outside grip x 5 Close Grip Cable Row: 180 x 8 190 x 8 200 x 6 Reverse Grip Lat pulls: 180 x 8 190 x 7 160 x 7 Cable Cross overs From top setting: 45lb cables x 11 50lb cables x 8 60lb cables x 8 70lb cables x 5 Cable curls single arm: 60lb cable x 10 70lb cable x 8 80lb cable x 6 Weight at gym: 190lbs I need to eleminate those darn green areas! Nothing under 200 is exceptable!! but then nothing under 6 reps is either! Need to increase my rep range to move to 200 on everything for 6 reps. I did not mean to work back so much the past couple weeks its just i came off a three day routine and moved into a 5 day so it got mixed up.. Next week im not training so my injury can heal
