actually I like the size I am right now Its not real big its like right in the average range. I just want to be 205 and 8% BF.. Right now i go from 191 - 193.. and im probably real close to 10% Ill have some updated pictures really soon. My goal size really isnt far away.. As for the gym I have always trained for strength and size and to be honest with you even while cutting im still hitting high weight for low reps as you can see in my journal.. The only difference is I threw in the calasthenics and cardio.. I have never done them before so i got some pretty damn good results in a short period of time I cant wait to post pictures soon. as you know I just recently gave up juice well.. I slowly got off of it and ended the doses. I started to take winstrol a cutting steroid but then realized I was making progress without it.. So i stopped using it 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have now decided that i dont need the PCT either because I lowerd my nolva intake soo much that I really dont think its helping its all me this time.. Thats why i put Natural in the top of my journal. Currently taking only: B12 Muscle Milk <-- always used this milk thistle <-- even though im not running any pro hormone or steroid Fish Oil In two weeks if i manage to get my bf% down just below 10% Ill go tan and post up some new photos.

don't worry bout the numbers on the squats man. I am the same way - benchin' 225 for reps like it's nothin, rowin' 225 for reps like it's nothing, but put 225 on my back and I struggle like hell squatin' it 10 times. keep on pushin, those numbers will go up.

You don't use whey post workout? And you were running winstrol by itself? No singnificant sides from it? The difference in squats is definitely strange. Maybe you could hit the machine leg extension and really kill those quads.

I was running winstrol on a pct.. The thing about winstrol is its really only effective in keeping your muscle while losing fat after running a cycle.. So I started to tamper with winny but I took: Andropen - 5 blends of test Deca Anadrol Then I ran a PCT with Nolva and just tossed some winny in there but decided its a crap steroid and I can have good results without it.

I did back yesterday I just dont feel like writing everything out.. Today ill post how my upper chest and deltoid work out went. Im excited this is one of my favorite days!

God I cant believe I still did that video today! I have been hung over all damn day! ugh! Its my holiday weekend though!! I have to drink!! its a must!! Anyways no really I am not going to drink much more for the holidays. Today i didnt drink and i probably wont tomorrow. Decline Bench : 205 x 10 255 x 7 1/2 <-- LoL i failed on my 8th Incline Press: 135 x 10 205 x 3 185 x 5 <-- I wanted to do 205 x 3 again but my tendon was acting up again. Shoulder Shrugs: 225 x 10 275 x 8 315 x 5 <I need a wrist strap now, my weak little hands cant hold onto the weight> Dumbell Shoulder Press: 60lb dbs x 8 60lb dbs x 8 60lb dbs x 6 Leg Press: 360 X 8 450 X 6 540 X 4 590 X 1 Weight This Morning: 190lbs BF% - 10% I did not notice if im getting stronger or weaker ill have to look through my journal..

Okay so looking through my journal I see that everything is the same except for the shrugs.. I have a new theory though.. I think I can make my overall body look bigger if I put more focus into my incline Bench / shrugs / and reverse grip on my lat pulls or pretty much all my back routines feels like I might be able to hit my BI's and rear deltoids more. So i have pretty much figured out where im lagging. I also noticed i lack strength in the areas I lag. Im going to push my max incline up to 235 - 245 and as for my dumbells I want to dumbell over head press 75lb dumbells.

YES! YES! YES! its chest day!! WOHOO!! and tri's!! wohoo!! I think im going to incorperate skull crushers into my routine now since i maxed out the stupid cable machine even on over head tricep extensions. GOSH! i have been trying to get away with not doing skull crushers. Anyways 225 x 9 is the goal today on the flat bench. 95x8 is the goal today on decline dumbells. Body weight is 190 now and im down to 9% BF. But am worried if I lost any strength or not... So I guess im about to find out.

whoa... Today was wierd.. First the stretch marks last night.. I think my strength went up ill have to compare... This new routine I have has defenently been helping and the advice from dan and old navy... Also incorperating PureNaturals core building techniques.. Its kind of strange because im not on steroids... Im not gaining weight.. Im not losing much weight only 1 - 2 lbs so im at 189 - 190. BF must be at 9% I see more adbominals. But i really think I got stronger! Barbell Flat Bench: 185 x 10 225 x 10 Decline Dumbells: 95lb Dbs - 8 85lb DBs - 10 Incline Machine: 3 45's each side x 6 2 45's each side x 10 Fly Machine - 210 x 8 210 x 8 185 x 10 Skull Crushers - 80lb barbell x 10 100lb Barbell x 8 Over Head Tricep Extension - 100 x 10 140 x 8 I am not sure If those are good Numbers for skull crushers but i incorperated them into my routine and it seems like they went way up from 3 months ago.. 80lbs felt really really light. Body Specs Today: 189 - On scale in gym My guess is 9% BF these line things are showing from my abs I can see them on Vegeeps mid section and now I have them.. At first I thought they were ribs. Maybe they are? But its not like they are boney or anything..

Normally I hit 225 on the flat 8 times I fail half way up 9.. This time it was 10 easy reps.. So my bench flat bench went up a little and the controlled flys went up. Everything else looks about the same. I think I was just really stoked that my bench went up and i had good numbers on skull crushers.

damn it was leg day and I guess i just wasnt feeling it ****! Squats: 225 x 10 225 x 8 245 x 6 Leg Press: 360 x 8 450 x 8 DeadLift Stiff leg: 205 x 8 235 x 6 235 x 6 Weighted Ab Machine: 150 x 10 130 x 10 120 x 10 Hanging Upside Down Sit ups: 3 x 6 Not sure if im going to keep doing cardio.. My weight is 190lbs according to the gym scale and im pretty damn sure my BF is just under 10% Now. Im going to try to bring out these abdominals a bit more though work on my abs.. Build them up i mean..

oh and i know i didnt work as heavy on squats I was trying to work on deadlifts.. Put a little extra effort into them and also get my form down. I think before i was bending my knees too much thats why my knees kept hitting the bar. This time they were damn near locked out and it was alot better form.
