Okay I am emptying it... Yeah I have to say anadrol makes you strong like no other... its freakin crazy.. But you know it only lasts so long its just a spike in test levels... I doubt I am going to get super strong or something probably just a little stronger and more endurance 5 - 8lbs more lean muscle and thats it.

I did not realize my box was full sorry.

My wide grip is index fingers to the rings Pinkeys to the rings is my mid grip and close grip is to the beginning of the tred.

Guess that'd be a good reason to go to a real gym...  You wouldn't be able to do your wide grip on mine cuz the bars are right where your hands would need to be.

I know I can't use alot of home sets... has to be the right ones... One of my buddies I cant use his bench.. I am just so tall and my grips are so wide anything on those types of sets I feel like i am doing a close grip the whole time.

hey man try using your thumbs on the outside of the rings for ur wide grip presses, stretches the chest more and i think nails the chest pretty good but keep ur elbows kinda out like a w kinda but a little wider and see how ur chest reacts to it. if u try it let me know what you think on it and where you feel it hit ur muscles

Wicked I will have to try that although it does sound like alot of stress on the deltoids But its worth a try.

Hammer strength Rows:

Same weight same reps

Standing barbell Curls:

95 x 10
115 x 7
135 x 3 <-- lmao curling what alot of guys in the gym are benching as their reps.. I love that ****!   I noticed alot of people on this forum said they curl 175 etc... They must be talking about EZ bar because I don't see anyone curling what they are damn near benching... even with the EZ bar I don't see that happening unless your barbell rowing like 255 +

Single arm Cable row:

90 x 10
100 x 8
110 x 6

Double Bicep Cable curls:

60 x 10
70 x 8
80 x 6

Then I did abs and hammer curls with the cables.. Pretty average day except for the barbell curl.

Umm.. I was juicing for a while but lately I have not been on anything nor am I taking any sups at all... Just not drinking as much on the weekends and when I do I am sure to have something with calories Like an energy type drink.. Not energy but power ade.. Also keep hydrated.. alcohol was really messing me up as far as training goes I noticed.

I think its more do to the change in grips and motion then it is any suppliment or diet. I ALMOST never hit the weight the same way twice. Even with my curls I am alternating my grip on the bar from wide to mid to center.. I got the routine 2 weeks ago almost 3 weeks now and It has been leaning me up not to mention increasing strength.. It could be majorly due to the fact that I have not changed alot of motions in my old routines. What ever it is, its the routine more so then the diet. I am eating alot more fruits and veggies though so that can also be used as an attributing factor.
