I don't really know what I can do anymore.. I really don't try much I just put something on and move it...  I can probably do more then that if I put more effort into it but my knee is giving me problems now. 

Man I partied so hard last night.... I really do love being single.. I already got 2 phone numbers and 2 possible dates coming up soon.  I was wondering if i would be able to get girls.. I never thought it would be this easy though..  I really don't look the same at all as i did when i was single last.

275 for 2, last i remember your max was 185, reckon its higher?

Because i realised something

the higher the bench-the more your max goes up in relation to it.

For example if your 2 rep max is 50lbs, the chances are your max is 55-60lbs because its so low.
If you can push out 275lbs for 2, your max could be as high as 300.

Thing of it in exxagerated terms, my max is usually 22lbs exactly above my 5 rep max, but i do 150lbs roughly for 5 right now fresh, if someone could bench 4000lbs for 5 reps, its doubtful his max is going to be 4022lbs for just 1, it will be higher.

Hopefully you can get a good 300lbs out.

oh and also.. it seems as though I hit a limit.. 205lbs - 210lbs.. I am going to be stuck here for a while but no big deal though...  I seriously doubt if genetically I can go over 220lbs.  I don't see that being a possibility for many reasons that I care not to discuss if ya know what I mean twisted Smile

If you cant get to 220lbs easily at 6'1" im gonna have trouble at DUN DUN! 5'11"

Im shrinking, and im pissed off, i havent measured myself in ages because im happy with the 6ft mark i did get to, but i have somehow shrunk, because i noticed when i couldnt put my chin on my fiancees head.

My head 8" and shes 5'5", and in shoes i can just about lay my chin on her head-making me tad over 6ft, now i cant, and measuring myself im 5'11" again

This sucks

Anyway, to the point, i doubt 220lbs is your genetic limit, i just think as your adding so much mass now your body is gonna add it slower and try to get more used to the weight

I decided to start training with another friend of mine at the gym.. he is 5'10 187lbs 6% BF... He looks really good... he is actually a tad smaller then me but the cuts make him look so much better then me.   So anyways he pretty much killed me today I looked like a little bitch...

Flat Dumbell Press:
Full extensions below the chest and stretch.

Flat Barbell Press:
185lbs x 10 - Close Grip
205lbs x 8 - Center Grip
235lbs x 4 - Wide Grip
135lbs x 10 - Wide Grip

Incline Barbell Press:

Cable Flys Decline

40 x 10
50 x 8
60 x 6

Center

50 x 10
60 x 8

Incline

35 x 10

Barbell Curls:
Very wide Grip

Seated Dumbell Curls:

GOD DAMN THAT WAS ALOT OF WORK!! I never do that many sets or reps... That **** killed!!  Normally I would concider this totally un orthadox... I mean pulling and pushing on the same day?  So many sets?  Doing back and triceps Tomorrow?   So I hit the same muscle twice in a row?  Just seems so strange to me... I may follow the routine but I am not going to go three on one off like he does though it will defenently over train me.    I did watch him go from 150lbs to damn near 190lbs in a year though and get very very lean gains... without steroids or pro hormones... So I guess it should be okay to switch it up..

Not to sound like a little bitch but I am affraid to work out with this guy again today... Jesus! Smile ... He really had me complaining yesterday.. I was like god damn this is alot of reps.. and pulling all the way down with a tight stretch on those dumbells was freaking killer Smile I feel like I got my ass kicked today...

Man I feel like I have never really worked out before Smile


His theory is to change the grip or stance every set resulting in a shock to the muscles and them never getting use to one single movement.. It wore my ass out so fast.. Especially close gripping 185lbs and then wide gripping all the way out up to 235 lbs... Then back at it on the incline barbell... Man.. I can't nearly do as much weight changing up with all these different forms and extended movements.. Let alone the fact that I am hitting me chest with so many sets.

Well my buddy is the same size as me but pretty damn ripped... So he actually looks how I want to look.. I get so damn jealous.. our arms are the same size but his looked jacked... What a bitch!! He is also a vegetarian though so that does play a roll in his bf%. But the work outs help... **** my arms still feel pumped today.. its hard for me to even move them.. what I don't get is how he wants to do back and triceps today... Thats going to be a struggle... After that tomorrow I have to hit quads and calves since I missed that day... Then Lower back hams and abs... Then take a day off then shoulders... After that I hit the chest and tris back and bi's with him all over again.. He is not as strong as me but his physique looks better then mine... He is also gaining in strength pretty damn fast.

On the back its the same thing narrow grips to outside grips into reverse grips but never the same grip more then twice... Smile It does not sound that hard but when you do it you will be like **** I AM SO WORN OUT!!

What are you going to do/want when you hit you goal of 210-220 leaned out?  Build strength?  Set a new size goal? bf% goal?  or just maintain?

Im hoping he does what i wanna do, as i wanna get to 220lbs 6-8% BF just like him,
Strength, then finally

ENDURANCE

No point having strength if you can only use it for a few reps.

I find 20 reps of 225lbs benchpress more impressive than a 315lbs max etc etc.

After 12 reps, it starts getting real tough even with light weight

I am not going to make it to 220 anytime soon.. I am all the way back down to 198lbs... I had alot of excess body fat and my diet is so clean I can tell lean gains whys I have only gained 8lbs maybe 10...  Hopefully will gain another 4 -  5.    So This year I may only be a solid 205 which is fine with me.. I am rushing it way too much.. I mean **** I was only 168 last year so I need to slow down...  Long term goal is 220 short term goal is to clean lean bulk up to 205. 



So I was in the bar last night.. all my big friends were there it was un expected.. it was like everyone who trains at my gym... I swear no women paid attention to any of the other guys Just the group of us..  So many fine women Smile  Made me feel freaking awsome.. got invited to some parties tonight too... I did not drink much... 3 beers and a long island.

don't worry im pretty sure you could get to 210-215lbs clean bulk by dec 2007.

Like you said you just need to take your body slower so it gets used to the weight, youre already a big guy, remember you have 10-11%? Bodyfat now, so for 200lbs youre doing good.
