did 1 hour and 30 minutes of cardio ate kinda bad b4 so i wanted to do better in the cardio. It was hard as hell but well worth it.

meals for the day b-fast: cup yogurt (60 cals) after workout meal: 4 popcorn cakes(120 cals) 1 cup yogurt(60 cals) midday snack: bag caramel popcorn crisps(360 cals) can tuna(125) dinner: 3 slices turkey(60 cals) 1 popcorn cake(30 cals) total cals eaten:815 total cals burnt today:470 total cals ingested:345 cals solid day of dieting weighed 216 on the official scale i weigh in on every friday, and 218 on my house scale. I figure if i weigh on my house scale what i weigh the previous week on the official scale then ill be good. I wanna be 215 for the contest im in tmw. And id like to go really good dieting this week down to 210 at the most 212 because im gonna eat so much on easter. I plan on not taking a break at all and just eating candy and everything. Im really looing forward to it.

yeah, so **** happens lol and i gained 5 lbs...damn i got some work to do to get back to my normal weight plus 210 by easter. wish me luck

gish frickin gained 2 more lbs pound....its getting tough but i gotta burn it all off down to 215 by sunday so i gotta friggen work hard. no lil cheating here and there

meals eaten today woke up: 16 pickles 40 cals got done lifting: huge bowl of salad (cucumbers(20 cals), greens only(60 cals), carrots(20 cals), tuna(150 cals), fat free french dressing(100 cals). cals eaten today:390 cals burnt today:700 total cals ingested:-310 going to bed at that wont be bad...hopefully i can drop the 2 i gained yesterday that would be amazing.

elliptical: 25 minutes 420 cals burnt flat bench press: 45x20 135x10 185x10 3 sets flat dumbbell flies: 45x12 3 sets incline hammer machine: 45x15 70x10 2 sets serratus anterior: 4 sets bike: 25 minutes 200 cals burnt cutt off about 700 cals today which i thought was pretty solid. dropped back down to 220 on my scale so thats nice.

meals for the day after workout meal: cup yourt (60 cals) 2 turkey slices (40 cals) midday snack: cup yogurt (80 cals) dinner: scrambeled egg whites (120 cals) half can chicken (140 cals) baby carrots (50 cals) cals eaten today-490 cals burt today-700 total cals injested-210 thats pretty solid i think. A couple more days of just going at it really hard and im back down, then a coupole more days of hitting it hard and im down to about 212 and i can eat all i want at easter...hopefully it happens i really want it to.

food eaten today pre workout meal: 1/2 cup cheerios (55 cals) 1/3 banana(45 cals) post workout meal: canned chicken (280 cals) 1.5 cup brussel sprouts(60 cals) 3 pretzels(30 cals) total cals eaten:470 total cals burnt:900 difference:430 solid lol not even hungry gotta love it.

ate alot for easter, put on 8 lbs. Nuttin to worry though. Will come off fasst...and while im at it might as well do some heavy training with the extra weight I have to spare.

mealss for the day breakfast: popcorn flavored rice cake (30 cals) can green beans (70 cals) lunch: apple (80 cals) dinner: can tuna fish (150 cals) salsa half cup cottage cheese (110 cals) low carb ice cream bar (100 cals) cals burnt today:600 cals eaten today:540 total cals ingested:-60 solid stuff, coulda done better I think, but I decided to eat that ice cream bar because i hadd a bad taste in my mouth.

Chest felt strong and looked good. weighed 213 today.
