What is your calculated calorie intake supposed to be for maintenance? How many calories are you taking in?

i really dont know, i dont count my calories....but i would think about 2000-2500. Y do u ask?

Cutting your calories too low will slow your metabolism, with the unfortunate result that when you increase your calories to something reasonable, you'll gain fat. Take a gander at Berardi's article.

i decided to take the rest of this week off. Figured ive been lifting heavy and dieting for roughly 8 weeks. So lil break less then a week wouldnt be that bad. I will lift christmas morning prolly, but besides that im on break.

gained back the weight that i los tpretty much and weigh 255. Its all good though cause my goal was to weigh 260 my christmas. And I hit that goal so its fine. I would have lliked to weigh less for tonight because im gonna eat some chinese food, then tmw have christmas dinner, and some christmas bnreakfast. But It will all be fine lol..im gonna lift tmw as well.

did a lil lifting, was at my job (proffessional poker player) for the day mostly...so didnt eat much. will start posting regularly again next week.

lost my holiday weight, at 253...which is awesome. I wanna be at 249 but wednesday of next week. That would be awesome.

down to 250 finally. Almost going to break the 240 barrier...and thats without lifting to heavily so we'll see what happens when i come back.

i weigh 248 on my scale...and usually an official scale is 3 pounds lighter..but ill go by this scale. So i weigh 248 which is awesome.

meals for the day breakfast: protein bar 12 oz water pre workout snack: 12 bite size pretzels pear post workout meal: 4 eggs 6 shrimp 32 oz water dinner: stir fry (chicken, new york strip, scallops, and veggies) ive been kinda eating more then i like to, which prolly isnt actually to bad as i have been losing fast...but i feel bad when i do it. but weighed 248 this morning.

meals for the day breakfast: yogurt post workout meal: hamburger patty cup cottage cheese 24 oz water wow, i have been doin kinda bad. I have left over chocolate around and ive been eating it. I weighed 249.9 today. So i gained a bit.
