im probly never gonna get to 5%bf unless i decide to enter comps.  than ill be more ripped than youSmile.  i only wanna be around 6-7%bf so unless you beef up, im never gonna try to catch ya

EDIT:  veg, you should become some kind of motivational speaker, seriouslySmile
now on my next cut, im gonna catch you in the ripped departmentSmile

heres todays workout:

One-Arm Rows- 55, 60, 65

Close-Grip Pulldown- 165, 165, 165x8

Wide-Grip Pulldown- 150, 150x8

Barbell Curls- 70x8, 70x8

Wrist Curls- 80, 80, 80

Decline Crunches- 20, 25, 25(all x15)

today was a good workout again.  im also in a very good mood right now because i got to test drive a mustang i might buySmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmile

im pretty sure the x-f has really kicked in now.  i dropped body fat around the waist, chest is an inch bigger and arms are up tooSmile

today was another great workout and i got my first car today too(99 mustang v6)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bench Press- 140, 140, 140x8

Dumbbell Incline Bench- 110x8, 110x7

Cable Flies- 40, 40x6(per hand)

Upright Rows- 75, 75, 75

Shrugs- 320, 320, 320

Leg Press- 300, 300, 300

pretty good improvements id saySmile

Wide-Grip Pulldowns- 150, 150, 150(the 150 felt easier than usual today)

Concentration Curls- 30, 30(all x8)

Decline Crunches- 20, 20, 20(all x15)

Hanging Leg Raises- 3x10


i was pumped up today and pretty jittery from all the caffeine but ill get used to it.

My supps are taken like this:

Wake-up:
VS Ultimate Man Multi
Cre-Ethyl Thunder(in the morn only on non workout days)
X-Factor(1 gel cap)
Vitamin C(500mg)
Vitamin E(200iu)

Wake-up(on cardio days) Pre-Cardio: 
1 scoops Nectar Lattes
X-Factor(2 gel caps)
CEL NOX Surge
Stone Dragon(1 packet)

Post-Cardio:
1 cup Grape Juice

After School:
VS Ultimate Man Multi
Vitamin E(200iu)
X-Factor(1 gel cap on cardio days)

Pre-Workout:
X-Factor(2 gel caps)
Stone Dragon(2 packets)
CEL NOX Surge
Cre-Ethyl Thunder

Intra-Workout:
CEL Refuel

Post-Workout:
1 cup Grape Juice
2 scoops Nectar Lattes

Before Bed:

i added CEL NOX Surge and CEL Refuel to my supps list.  im logging and reviewing them over at bb.com.  if you havent noticed, ya im taking A LOT of caffeine pre-workout among the Stone Dragon, NOX Surge and Cre-Ethyl Thunder(about 500-600mg if i had to guess).

heres my workout from friday:

Dumbbell Bench Press: 110, 110, 110

Incline Bench Press- 115, 115

Upright Rows- 70, 80, 80

Shrugs- 180, 230, 230


the shrugs were on a a smith machine instead of the usual machine i would use, so the weight just seems to be less.  i started going to a new gym and had work on friday, so i cut my workout short

im sorry ALL the supps arnt workin out for you! when i was your age i was doin alot more weight for more reps,(im tall (6'2")there for my arms are longer) and i was only using protein shakes as an after workout supp. and my body fat has stayed betewwn 6.5 and 5%. what are your meals like every day? maby you should eat more! do you work out with a partner? and if you do maby he should push you more! try some heavy weight with a few forced reps with the help of your spotter! or mix up your routien a lil more than usual to spark some extra growth

thought id let everyone know that even though i havent been posting at all lately, i have my diet and exercise in check still.  even though its gotten a ****load harder becausae i know balance 2 jobs which add up to about 35+ hours a week on top of school.

for the past month ive been cutting and am down 4 lbs to 161 as of 2 days ago, i havent taken any recent measurements but even though ive lost a few lbs, my arms are still at 14" (the only thing ive measured so far)
