cool log keep it up. im interested to see how x-factor works for you, im considering buying it. im gonna try an grab my sisters digi-cam before she flies back to new york so i can snap a pic and maybe start a log of my own.

yesterdays workout was pretty good, but i was crushed on time because of work again. was supposed to be 3x10, but a lot ended up being 2x10 and i didnt even work my abs: One-Arm Row- 55, 60, 60 Close-Grip Pulldown- 172.5, 165x8 Wide-Grip Pulldown- 150, 150 Wrist Curls- 50, 60, 80 well thats my abridged workout on the first set of close-grip pulldowns i killed myself getting those 10 reps out, so by the second set i was dead even at the lighter weight. i felt like i couldve easily done 100lbs for the wrist curls. i couldnt figure out what weight i needed to use in 3 sets, so i had no time to up th weight again. X-FACTOR NOTES- i felt insanely pumped all day yesterday, the veins in my arms were bulging out like CRAZY in my forearms, and the veins in my shoulders and chest are starting to show!!!!! also i bumped my calories up to 3500 now for the remainder of the x-factor cycle. also i weighed myself yesterday morning and my weight is up to 158lbs. if the x-factor keeps going the way it is, im gonna be doing another cycle this summer for sure!

My supps are taken like this: Wake-up: VS Ultimate Man Multi Cre-Ethyl Thunder(in the morn only on non workout days) X-Factor(1 gel cap) Vitamin C(500mg) Vitamin E(200iu) Wake-up(on cardio days) Pre-Cardio: 1 scoops Nectar Lattes X-Factor(2 gel caps) Post-Cardio: 1 cup Grape Juice After School: VS Ultimate Man Multi Vitamin E(200iu) X-Factor(1 gel cap on cardio days) Pre-Workout: X-Factor(2 gel caps) Cre-Ethyl Thunder Post Workout: 1 cup Grape Juice 2 scoops Nectar Lattes Before Bed: 1 Serving Cottage Cheese 1 Serving Matrix 5.0 X-Factor(1 gel cap) i ran out of chromium piccolinate so thats removed from the list and i also added grape juice post-cardio and only 1 scoop of nectar on cardio days. nothing was added this time, just removed. good luck kubakuba w/ your log!

i add them to the list so that people know that im getting carbs postwo and casein protein before sleep. if i didnt put them there, it would look like i was leaving out some essentials there

Wow, X-Factor really sounds like a great supp! I think I'm gonna get some for my next months full dedication bulk. Did the acne increase/decrease?

todays workout was pretty good: Dumbbell Bench Press- 100, 110, 110x8(failed on the 9th rep) Incline Bench- 115, 115x8 Dips- 1x8, 1x9 Upright Rows- 75, 75, 85x8 Shrugs- 300, 310, 310 Deadlifts- 225x8 i kinda cut my leg workout short, i couldnt hewlp but feel like i was hurting myself w/ the deads today. X-FACTOR NOTES- the acne seems to be a lil worse, but not at all on my face. no, instead the acne is on my thighs, upper back, shoulders, and chest. its not bad at all, but it is noticeable. i even had some on the back of my neck!!!!!! but once again, i was extremely pumped in my tris and bis, even had a nice back pump from the deads.

the weights dont seem to be going up at all lately:( T-Bar Rows- 90, 90, 90 Seated Rows- 130, 130, 130 Wide-Grip Pulldown- 150, 150x9 Wrist Curls- 80, 80, 80 Cable Crunches- 200, 200(all x15) the pumps from x-factor were great, my back and bis were pumped like crazy and i had veins like a roadmap on my forearms.

energy was great in the gym today, i felt very awake to say the least: Bench Press- 135, 135, 140x9 Dumbbell Incline Bench- 90, 90, 90 Pec Deck- 150, 150x8 Lateral Raises- 17.5, 17.5, 17.5x8(per hand) Shrugs- 310, 320, 320 i was very pumped again today and i was energized from what seems to be thanks to a new supp im logging at bb.com called Stone Dragon by Kemistry Labs. if you dont know them, they make Gakix and Leukix, the cheaper versions of gakic and leukic.
