ya, lol.  they complain all the time about the amount i eat.  everytime im eating, theyre like, "eating again huh, your always in the kitchen?"  i try to help my family out w/ their diets, but unfortunately, they listen to oprah and not meSmile

my weights were down a lil bit today on everything but i can attribute that to my lack of food yesterday while i was snowboarding for nearly 9 hours and a total of 4 hours on the road.  also my legs were still so sore from yesterday that i skipped my leg workout today:

Bench Press- 155, 155, 160x4

Incline Bench- 100, 100, 100

Dips- 2x8, 1x6

Upright Rows- 85, 85, 85

Shrugs- 320, 330, 330

Back Extension Machine- 210, 220, 220


EDIT: i forgot to put back extensions down

todays workout was nothing to special:

T-Bar Rows- 100, 105, 105

Seated Rows- 150, 160, 160

Pullups- bodyweight 2x5

Wide-Grip Pulldown- 172.5

Barbell Curl- 80, 80

Decline Crunches- 20, 25, 25(all x15)

Cable Crunches- 200, 200(all x12)


the bodyweight pullups felt very easy, where as a month ago i couldnt even do 2.

acne seems to be noticeably worse after using the x factor for just 9 days.  my skin is more oily and i broke out on the center of my forehead, my upper back, and my shoulders.  im sure my chest will break out soon too.

todays workout was pretty good:

Dumbbell Bench Press- 120x6, 120x3, 120x6(i was imbalanced on the second set and my right arm lagged behind so i stopped)

Incline Bench Press- 135, 135

Cable Flies- 40, 50, 50(per hand)

Lateral Raises- 20, 20, 22.5

Leg Extensions- 215, 215(my knees cant handle more weight)

Deadlifts- 235, 235

Shrugs- 330, 330, 330


t'was a good workout, my dumbbell bench press was up(in both weight and reps), my cable flies are up, and lateral raises are upSmile

Post-Cardio:
none

After School:

this is my new supp list.  i dropped fish oil because of x-factor, and green tea was dropped too.  i also ran out of ON whey so im now using Syntrax Nectar Lattes.  let me tell you, it tastes AMAZING!!!!!  also at bedtime i have 1 serving of cottage cheese and 1 serving of matrix 5.0.  also revitalize x was dropped because i finished the tub.

heres my workout for today, it was kinda rushed because i had to be at work by 5:

One-Arm Rows- 70, 75, 75

Close-Grip Pulldown- 180, 187.5, 187.5

Wide-Grip Pulldown- 172.5, 172.5

Concentration Curls- 35, 35, 35

Weighted Crunches- 20, 25, 25(all by 12)


today is the last day that im going to be doing strength training.  starting next workout, im going to be doing 3x10.  im looking to gain as much mass as possible while x-factor.  i hope to gain at least 1-2lbs a week of lean mass.  i already altered my diet to accommodate the x-factor.  the 3rd week of x-factor im going to bump it up to 3500 calories w/ about 300g of protein per day.  ya, i eat alot for my size, lol.

today i started doing 3x10 for size.  unfortunately thanks to work, my workout got trimmed down considerably:

Bench Press- 135, 135, 135x7

Dumbbell Incline Bench- 80, 80, 80

Upright Rows- 75, 75, 75

Shrugs- 300, 300, 300

Leg Press- 300, 300, 300


i think im gonna take about 3-4 days off from the gym because im feweling tired lately and nothing has changed in my diet or schedule so im lead to believe that im overtrainingSmile

your log, supps, and workout routeine look gret. taking a few days off can be a realy good thing for your body. from what i can tell it dosn't look like you are over training but everones body is diffrent. take a few days off and keep eating and supplimenting like you have been to let your body catch up. and i think you will be suprised to see that you will make sme good gains on your off time. good luck

this is my updated supp list now.  i added in 2x 400mcg chromium piccolinate doses in to increase insulin sensitivity, also my dose of vitamin e got split into 2 equal doses.  im also starting X-Factor as of tomorrow(12/22) at 4 gel caps a day.  i have a full 50 day cycle of it and hope to see some great gains from it.


Pretty bad thing that you don't eat anything between breakfast and end of school.

I'm also at school from 8-4 and i just bring grilled chicken breasts, wholemeat pasta and brown rice from home.

I suggest you to do that, it would help you alot to eat every 2-2,5 hours.

i eat in school.  i eat a mrb(330 calories) at 9:15am and than i eat another mrb w/ 2 lil whole grain bagels(530 calories) at 12:00pm.  so i still stick to "a meal every 2-3 hours".

i think the pump effect of x-factor is kicking in because i didnt even work my biceps today and they were so pumped i felt i couldnt move them!!!!!  i guess i got a crazy pump just from loading/unloading weights?!?
