its the 24th and well my gym is not open till tuesday so i dont know what to do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and yes feeling better thankfully

its the 25th i got a weight belt for christmas so i can start going heavier on my squats with a little sense of security

well work just plain sucked today ummm im not going to be able to got to the gym only on sundays so im gonna have to figure somthing out DEC-27th

dec - 30th done with the whole workin thing i was just trying it out for a bit it was with my uncle so no biggie

but anyhoo old navy sent me a copy of the widow maker power workout
 
it looks like a pretty challangeing four weeks so im gonna do it starting monday havent been to the gym for awhile on account of workin and being sick

tuesday -
first day of the widow maker power workout and well the old capt. wasn't lying when he named tis the widow maker
i discovered why , although fun as hell i felt like i was gonna die today i did

6x6-incline dumbell press at 65lbs
1x20-incline dumbell press at 50lbs
 
6x6-flat bench dumbell press at 45lbs
1x20-flat bench dumbell press at 35lbs
 
4x4-high pulls at 95lbs
3x8-heavy laterals at 60lbs-on machine
 
4x10-push downs at 150lbs
4x8-decline dumbell extensions at 45lbs

alrighty!

legpress-6x6 with 6plates total 
legpress-1x40 with 4 plates total (dont know machine bar weight

squats-6x6 305lbs
squats-1x30 225lbs                   
did a max squat to see where i was at and managed 455lbs twice
 
missed the hack squat didnt see them on my list unfortunately
 
leg curl-5x8 85lbs
leg extension-4x10 130lbs
 
 
tommorow is more legs and also back day i believe i'll have to double check

Great work, Rocky.  I'm proud of you.  Stay with The Widow Maker for the full four-weeks, but be sure to add weight to each exercise each week.  That's how you will grow.

1/4/2007 back and biceps day !
 
reverse barbell row-6x6 at 135lbs
reverse barbell row-1x20 at 95lbs
 
medium grip pulldown-6x6 at 160lbs
medium grip pulldown-1x20 at 130
 
deadlifts-6x6 at 225lbs
deadlifts-1x30 at 135
 
barbell curls-4x8 at 75lbs
preacher curls-4x10 at 55lbs
 
finnished off my day with 3 sets of light shrugs 45lbs

i used yesterday as sort of a cheat day after being sick half of yesterday todays another bad food day im just all out of wack so i'll be on track tommorow as of monday the 8th i'll be back inthe gym starting off week 2 of four of the widow maker

01/08/2007 chest shoulder and triceps day

6x6-incline dumbell press
1x20-incline dumbell press
6x6-flat bench dumbell press
1x20-flat bench dumbell press  
4x4-high pulls 
3x8-heavy laterals  
4x10-push downs
4x8-decline dumbell extensions 
 
for the abs im doing hanging leg raises 6x?


im gonna start listing what im eating throught the day
 
today i got up sorta late just after 9:00am so what i did for food is have  

about 9:20am i poured me a tall glass of milk and two whole wheat peices of toast and put teaspoon of natural jam on both so there was a sorta decent breakfast
 
11:30 i had two scoops of whey witch was 40g's of protien for a snack
 
its 12:24pm so im gonna put my fish in the oven and have a baked potato with a table spoon of olive oil so i can get the amout of cals i need
 
but right now im gonna take 4 flaxseed oil capsuls 5 cals a peace
 
i'll update later after the gym

1/8/2007 leg day
 
im starting my day in the gym by going for my heaviest squat yet big 500 im so pumped up for it im not failing again heres the routine to follow
 
legpress-6x6 
legpress-1x40
squats-6x6 
squats-1x30                    
leg curl-5x8
leg extension-4x10 

and doing calf rasises bw 6X?


breakfast 7:30am ate two corrsont pockets there 390cals a peace
and did the same thing for lunch at 12:15 or so
any ways thats just over 1500cals i'll have a post workout shake 220cals then dinner later on around 8:00pm or so

THESE PICS ARE FROM A FEW MONTHS AGO I WAS ABOUT 10 TO 12 POUNDS LIGHTER THEN IVE PUT THAT WEIGHT BACK ON ON A BETTER FORM I SORT OF DID A MINI CUTTING ROUTINE

i maxed my squat out again and got 500 3 times one rep more than before
 
i did the WM leg routine then got alot of ab workout done i gotta thank old navy alot for his help and knowledge , old navy your awsome !

id be carefull there maxing so much you dont wana kill urself. nice weights there.

amazing leg strength you got there, my bench is exactly the same as yours maybe a couple pounds higher but your squat is 250 pounds higher than mine haha me with my chicken legs. what do your legs measure must be over 25 i guess?

you look prity strong on your pics too. have you watched rocky balboa yet? only 7 days to go 4 me Smile
